Chapter 1

The harsh rains dropped on the dark metal of the old hand me down pick up truck that your father had given you, he had told you that even when cars advanced it'd be equivalent to a family heirloom passed down to the oldest child when they got their drivers license and then when they got old they'd give it to their child and so on. Though, you believed that you might as well give it to your sibling because you wouldn't be having kids, they were annoying and bratty.

Try being an only child for 8 years then suddenly getting a sibling, yeah..

The news said there was a high chance of rain around 7:30 PM but you didn't believe that since the sky was as clear as crystal when you left your apartment but you ended up having to buy some cheap umbrella in order to get to your truck, you drove fast but steady on the highway something in your head told you to pull over, and as any person with common sense would do, you did. You pull over and looked out the window, it was hard to make out but you saw a small white,blue, and brown thing seemingly passed out.

Either it was a baby left to die or an animal who ran away from owners with the horrible fashion sense and decided it'd be better to die. Either way you wouldn't let the poor thing die. You got the umbrella and a towel that had been sitting in the passenger seat since you went to the beach 3 months ago. You went out to the very steep ditch, you cringed hearing the sloshing sound your sneakers made as you walked through the mud, you touched the thing softly and it flinched.

'So its an animal because it has fur and its alive'  you though as you used the towel to pick it up. You wrapped it in the towel then put it in the back seat of your truck. You went a bit faster getting to your small apartment. You parked in front of the large building and grabbed the shivering animal from the backseat, the rain had lessened about 30% as you entered.

As you entered the lobby you close the umbrella, people gave you strange looks as you carried the animal, which you saw it could probably be a baby ram from how small it was, but perhaps it was just malnourished because it had the horns of a full grown adult ram.

You went into the elevator with a few other people, one was a mother of two kids who stared you up and down, she mumbled something under her breath about a 'Junkie' and 'Hippie', finally getting off on your floor you went to your apartment. You took off your sneakers and left them on the mat which was bound to be replaced soon anyways, you placed the towel which held the creature in it and unwrapped it. You furrowed your eyebrows.

Okay so, it has hands,fingers, and legs. Its human-like. But also has no mouth. No wonder is was malnourished, whatever this thing was it was bound to die of starvation or dehydration.

It wore a blue sweater and black pants, one of your cats stared at the thing. "Well its still an animal so it'd be okay to change it, right? I mean, its clothes are dirty."

Well now you know this thing must be related to Nezu from Boku No Hero because it wore boxers, if this wasn't some science experiment gone horribly right then you didn't know what it was.

You put an old shirt from your ex on it, no your ex wasn't toxic you both just lost feelings and remained friends.

You decided to just put it in the guest room as it was bound to wake up soon, you took a shower and threw the things clothes in the washing machine. You made some hot dogs and ate, fed Koko and Sphynx before heading to bed. Surprisingly before 12 PM.

However you woke up at 7:10 to the sound of someone throwing cereal boxes on the floor. You were confused and had to go to work in an hour, forcing yourself out of bed you think 'what are Koko and Sphynx doing this early?' Before going to the kitchen, however instead of a 2 kittens you find the ram thing on top of your fridge looking at the cereals, there was Trix all over the floor and and a chair in front of the counter.

The ram then looked at you causing you to tense up, tension was thick and then he somehow without a mouth said "your taste in cereal is shit, the only good stuff you have is Crunch Berries."

".. Um, what're you even supposed to be?" You asked confused "are you blind? I'm a Ram" he said. "Um, ..Okay? And your name?" You asked still confused "What is this 50 questions? Its Schlatt" he said sarcastically.

"Uh yeah, If anyone saw you they'd shoot you instantly so stay hear and I'll be back in.. Uh 5 hours" you say.

He scoffs but nods as you go to get ready for the day.
