You know the Avengers, right? What the hell am I saying of course you do, everybody knows about the precious Avengers. They seem to be all anybody is talking about out here in the real world. It's insane how much attention they get, especially good attention since they basically just destroy the city every single time a threat comes up. I don't understand how more people aren't pissed with them, I sure as hell would be if my things were damaged because of them. I know they save the world and everything but must they destroy everything in the process?

Well, at the moment I'm finding my entertainment in pissing the lot of them off, you wanna know how? Well, let me take you back a week and I'll show you how I ended up in this position, how I ended up completely stuck with the Avengers.

One week earlier

The streets of New York can be an extremely dangerous place, but you must know that by now. Everyone knows that. The streets are even more dangerous when you're being hunted by a team of 'superhero's' who just don't seem to quit. At the moment I'm being chased by said team, all but two who are arguably the strongest two.

It isn't the first time I have been chased by them and I seriously doubt that it will be the last either, I don't plan on letting them catch me and it seems that they don't intend on leaving me be... not yet at least. They can't chase me forever and although they think that I can't, I honestly can run forever. I know how to hide and they hate that I can hide from them so easily, it's only when I make stupid mistakes that they actually find out where I am.

This time I made the mistake of leaving a clue in my last crime scene, rookie mistake, it won't happen again. This has got to be their seventh time chasing me now and they are no closer to catching me than they were the first time. They were too slow, too predictable which gave me an advantage over them. They couldn't beat me yet they still tried to.

"Nat, she's coming your way!"

The girl made out the voice to be Steve Rogers, he was quite far behind her but not far enough for her to miss what he had just said. He must have assumed that he was quieter than he actually was because he had just told her who was going to be chasing her next and that they were very close to her. She kept her eyes open until they landed on a redhead who was shocked when she saw her looking at her.

The runaway smirked at the ex assassin before putting her foot down making the motorbike go to it's maximum speed and swerves in and out of cars avoiding the two people who seemed to have their hearts set on catching her. She was a pretty good driver and had good control over the vehicle so she didn't struggle getting through the crowd. She knew that the blonde and red head were close behind her but she couldn't take her eyes off of the road in fear of losing control and crashing.

She had to think quickly but luckily she was quite fast on her feet and she knew what she needed to do in a matter of seconds. She quickly swerved losing the red head but the soldier, with his ever so quick reflexes was still right behind her. She thought that this may happen but she had hoped to lose him and not the red head, she was easier to lose than he was and she wanted him out of the way. But she didn't quit, she couldn't... getting caught would mean that she would lose the freedom she worked so hard to gain. She wouldn't let them catch her.

What she didn't expect however was for the Captain to have a gun, she saw for a brief second in her rear view mirror that there was a gun pointed for her and she was quick to try and dodge it. However, when she went to swerve the bullet that was aimed at her tire, she put her body in it's place and she fell off of the bike. She rolled over a few times before placing her hand on her stomach, feeling the blood dripping out. She knew at this moment that she was doomed, she had nowhere she could go and she couldn't outrun the super soldier, not while in this condition. She scanned the area and tried to think of some escape routes but nothing had come to mind, there was no way she could get herself out of this and all the way home without one of them catching her.
