KATIE'S POV

The first thing I heard when I walked into the airport was my name being yelled from the Dunkin Donuts cart across the room. "KATIE! OVER HERE! I MISSED YOU SO NOW YOU HAVE TO COME SAY HI TO ME!" Liz ran across the crowded room full of re-uniting families towards me, pushing a few businessmen out of her way, and managing to keep her munchkins and Starbucks coffee in her hand. "I feel like I haven't seen you in forever!" She gasped. "It's been 2 months, Liz."I told her. "Oh, whatever," she says. "I had Armon bring the car around front to get us. he brought the good limo, and I have munchkins for the ride home!" She tossed my suitcases onto a cart and starts walking towards the back entrance. "Other way!" I called over my shoulder. It was good to be home.

I had gone to Paris with my family for the break, and now I was home for the end of the summer, a month before school. We were going to stay all summer, but my dad had to do something that was more important than his family, and my mother was being a selfish jerk like always, so I called the jet and came home early. Mh mother and brother stayed at our Paris house, and will be there for the rest of August. My brother is one of those people who take being rich as a way of life, and cares more about his gold watch than his 17 year old sister. Yes, my family is incredibly rich, and so is Liz's. We both live in huge gorgeous mansions on the hill at the end of town. We have people that work for us 24/7/365. The only problem is, neither of us want any of this.
