"Anno.... Y/n-chan what are you doing?" Sugawara askes as the team watch you push over a tons of snacks and food into the small basket as you now had filled up 3 baskets.

"Buying, I ran out of food at home" you said as you continued pushing snacks into tha cart

"After all I can't live with just chocolate in my house" you added as you recalled the refrigerator in your kitchen that was filled with Chocolates.

Walking over the counter Ukai haw dropped as he was now tired from computing all the stuff you were buying.

It was obvious that you weren't a person to be called ✨ B R O K E ✨

"¥990,673.05($8,949.17)" (A: just came up with random number then converted them lol) Ukai said which caused Daichi to nearly spit out the drink he was drinking

Taking out your wallet you then gave Ukai the exact amount of money needed.

"Neh, Y/n-chan how are you this uhh.. Rich?" Tanaka asked yo

"Most of them are just inheritances. Then I started of a small painting business and all.... I do also have a decent pay from my job" You answered

"Is that in a bar?" Ukai asked as he noticed the black and white photo in your wallet.

"Somehow..." You answered with a small smile as you closed your wallet.

"Hey, Y/n-chan you haven't pretty much explained who was that guy awhile ago" Sugawara said

"I-it's ok if you won't tell us though!" Daichi stuttered.

"To sum it up he's my former parnter" you answered

"At work?"

"In the past, he's no longer my partner" you cooed as you grabbed all the bags as a black portal appeared infront of you as you yeeted in the bags.

Time skip~
(A: ngl, I'm kinda lazy on detailing all the events, so I'll be patch it up, and proceed to the prelims... Coz If I'm gonna be honest rn, I'm lossing braincells.)

The days passed as you all spent the whole day practicing serves, recieves, etc.

The interhigh prelims was near, so it was obvious the team had to practice.

Though you've been losing sleep lately mainly because you were having awful dreams lately, or sometimes you couldn't find yourself drifting to sleep. No matter what kind of trick you try.
So it was either you'll paint, stargaze, study, come up with strategies or do your reports.

"Uhmmm... Y/n can you come up with strategies, against all the teams we may fight against?" Ukai asked you as he gave you the papers that listed down the teams who'll be battling each other.

Scanning through the paper you lazy took out 4 notebooks from you bag before giving them to Ukai.

"Everything's listed their, the red notebooks has the strategies, while the blue was their profiles, and here's a USB of the each team listed their, a video of the hardest match they had." You said as you gave him a black USB

"Oh wait, that's the wrong one, that one was my reports, here's the right one" you said as you took the black one, exchanging it with a orange one.

"Etto... Y/n-san have you been having enough rest lately?" Ennoshita asked you as your eye bags were evident on your features.

"With all honesty no. To who ever went to my house and took my f*cking sleeping pills, I hope you never wake up!" You half-ly exclaimed as the team could only sweat drop at you..

"Why are you taking sleeping pills, Y/n-chan?" Hinata asked you

"Because she can sleep peacefully at night" Tsukishima answered with sarcasm

"Then why does she need sleeping pills?"

"I have an irregular sleeping pattern." you bluntly answered him as you let out a yawn.

"If you excuse me, I'll be heading home before I pass out. And coach tell me if you'll be changing the plans, bye" you said as you picked up your bag as you left the gym.

A: honestly my ideas mostly went to my most recent story, so I apologize for this crappy chapter.

And it's literally 1:45 am here, and I haven't had a full 8- hour sleep this pass week.
