8 Y E A R S L A T E R... ❗❗❗❗

Its been what? 2920 days since I last had a glimpse of this place. The day, that devastating day where I finally let go of everything I'm willing to fight for and accept that I don't belong near her. That the only choice I have is to be where I really belong and what should my life should be.

I detached myself from everything, to the point that even my family was disregarded, worst I cutted all my communications from then on. But some are persistent, who completely stayed by my side despite of everything I threw at them and put them through.

And who would've thought that I would be back and be able to step, and breathe the same air, to the place where I lost her, where I lost everything I could consider as my own.

Flashback (8 Years Ago, 5 months after the accident)

A loud knocks awaken me from my deep slumber, I roam my eyes trying to remember where I am.

"Oh I overslept again." I mumbled before getting up and open the door.

"It's not lock, Rosé. You can -." I stopped when I notice she's not alone. "Yeri what are you - Come in."

Rosé immediately disappear or probably went in my room again, to check or arrange whatever things I had disorganized.

"L." Yeri whispered as I motioned her to sit while I settle in front of her. "How are you?"

"Doing good I guess

"Doing good I guess. What's new about you?" - Me

"Nothing. I haven't been home really, a month after the accident happened." I look at her, a little confuse actually. After the accident, I don't really find time coping up what happening around if it doesn't involve Joohyun.

"What do you mean?" She cackled happily, even smirk at me.

"I can't live the way I want as long as I live with them L." She meaningfully said, making me think of Joohyun too.

"And Joohyun?" She sighed and sit comfortably on my couch.

"She's a good daughter L. What do you expect? She can't leave Mom's side just like that." I nodded, well that's pretty predictable from her. I can't blame her though.

"I mean, after the accident. How - how did she deal with it?"

"I think she's with her usual friends, but closed her door completely. She became a total different person. She even began dating." I shook my head, not really want to believe whatever rumor it is.

"Just kept in touch with her will you? She's, you know. She's tough but inside, she's that fragile. She still need you."

"How come do you still care? She's completely ignoring you, left you when you needed her the most." I remained silent since I don't know what to say anymore. By just hearing her name, it definitely bring backs everything that she said.
