I'm so confused of how I did this??? If you are confused I just gave birth to a child but its in a...egg?

"What do I do?" I said, I was in the living room waiting for my boyfriend dabi to come home "I still have 10 minutes until dabi comes home" I said while pacing back and forth think of what to tell dabi when he comes home.

(Door unlockes) "Hawks!" Dabi says,
'What is he doing back early!!' I thought panicking a bit, I covered the egg with a blanket and put it on the couch.
3rd person Pov
Dabi came through the door to the living room to see hawks hiding something behind him, "hey hawks" dabi said while kissing hawks cheek "hi dabi how was work" hawks says kissing dabi's cheek and wrapping his arms around dabi's neck.

Dabi Pov
"Good, whats on the couch birdy?" I said looking on the couch behind hawks, "Oh nothing" hawks says nervously trying to block my view of the couch like he was trying to hide something from me.

"Babe whats on the couch..."
