Okay~ now to explain what he can do~
So he isn't just a regular cat~
He can control and produce massive storm clouds (how original smh)
But when he thinks about it~ the storm clouds start to absolutely pour down water-
But~ when he stops the rain~
Everything that should be thoroughly soaked~
Is completely dry!
That's it~ except that his eyes glow blue when he's doin all this~
Also he's REALLY loud~
And when I say loud-
I mean his voice can be like thunder (pun intended) if he wants it to be
