Why me?

Moon's POV

I was woken up to someone slamming or more like someone accidentally dropping thier books onto my table. I quickly look up to see the clumsy guy from this morning quickly piling the books back together onto the table.

"Namjoon?" I said, mind still a little foggy from the sleep.

Namjoon looked up at me with a apologetic smile.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to wake you up. I saw you sleeping a while ago and thought that you shouldn't be alone here like that." He said quickly, scratching the back of his neck.

"I thought to study here while you sleep so you wouldn't be alone. You never know what people could do to you in such a vulnerable state." He continued. Looking down at his papers that were layed out on the table in front of me.

How am I so lucky to have such a good....  classmate? Friend? I don't even know if we can call ourselves friends yet.

"I-its okay" I mumbled, still half awake. He looked up at me and flashed me his dimpled smile.

"If it's okay with you, I like to sleep a bit more." I said, I honestly didn't get much sleep last night and still felt a bit tired.

"Could I possibly ask you to wake me up in like 30 minutes?" I started laying my head back down on the table.

"Um, yeah of course. I'll let you know."

"Sweet Dreams beautiful" is the last thing I heard before everything went dark.

Joons POV

"Sweet dreams beautiful" I said, before slamming my hand against my head.

What am I thinking? She barely knows you and you are already going to creep her out. I looked up at her again and noticed she had fallen asleep. Maybe she hadn't heard you. She was already half awake when I accidently knock over the books I had neatly stacked beside me. Why am I so clumsy? I took one last look at her and then continued with my work. Hopefully this time I won't accidently knock over my books again.

An hour and a half later

Finally! I finished my work. I looked up smiling but soon dropping it when I just realized what I had forgotten. I forgot to wake her up! I look at the time and noticed it was already 9 p.m. Crap. Crap.

I slowly went over to her. Lightly shaking her shoulders.

"Umm, moon, I mean Luna. Wake up" I said softly as I continue to shake her awake. Finally stirring her awake.

"Mmhh" she safely groaned as she started lifting her head from the table.

"What time is it?" She said sleepily.

"Its 9 already." I said as I moved back to my seat.

"Wait, what?" She quickly widened her eyes. Any sleep she display vanished in a matter of seconds.

"Yeah its-" before I could finish she grab her backpack and started making her way to the exit.

"Hey wait up! Where are you going?" I said as I rush after her, leaving my stuff behind.

"I have to go. I have to go now." She said quickly. She sounded a bit nervous.

"Hey, at least wait up on me. Let me get my stuff and I walk you home. It's not safe to be alone this late. " I said still trying to catch up to her.

"No, it's fine. I'll see you tommorow. Bye!" She said and then she started sprinting away. I just watched her as she vanished from my sight. I really did find me a difficult one, Didn't I? Then I turned around and made my way back to retrieve my belongings.
