How many times do I have to save you

Chapter 3

You hesitate for a minute leaving you both sitting there in the silence. Eventually you speak again, "W-When she d-died... my d-dad blamed m-me and he s-started hitting me..." Now you're sobbing into Katsuki's shoulder. He runs his fingers through your hair, "shh... it's ok now"

You stand up, "I-I should go..." Katsuki repeats this movement and stands up as well, "and where will you go?" You look around, not saying anything. He smiles, "that's what I thought, you can take my room and I will sleep in the living room."

Without saying anything else you sit back down on his bed. Katsuki smiles before walking to the door. "Can you leave the door open?" You say looking at your feet. He leaves the door cracked, "ok" he says walking away.

•2am•

You wake up after having a nightmare about your mom dying. You're in complete shock with tears running down your face. I'm gonna go to the living room and see if Katsuki is awake.

Once you get to the living room you notice Katsuki is sleeping. I will just lay here on the floor. You lay on the floor and get comfortable, not knowing how tired you were you fell asleep.

In the morning you wake up to find yourself on Katsuki's bed again. Huh? How did I- "oh good, you're awake" you look over to find Katsuki sitting at the foot of the bed. You rub your eyes, as you sit up you can see him smiling at you. "Good morning" he says, "mind telling me why I found you in the living room on the ground?" "I had a nightmare..." you say not making eye contact. "Well today is Saturday so we don't have school. What do you want to do today?" Katsuki asks.

You finally look at him, "oh, nothing, I don't have the money to go anywhere" you laugh awkwardly. He rolls his eyes, "get ready, we're leaving in 10 minutes." "But I just said-" he cuts you off, "we're leaving in 10."

•10 minutes later•

"Are you ready to go?" Katsuki looks at you while putting on his shoes. You shake your head yes, you're not talking since his parents were around.

After walking for a few minutes you get to the store, "pick some clothes" Katsuki looked at you. You write on a piece of paper, "but I don't have any money" "I'm paying for you now go pick out some clothes." He rolls his eyes before grabbing your hand and dragging you through the store.

After a while you pick out two outfits. "Is that all you're gonna get?" He raises an eyebrow. You nod your head. He grabs your hand and drags you back into the store, "pick out more clothes" you pull out a piece of paper and write, "but I don't want to spend your money!"

Katsuki rolls his eyes before walking to the clothes himself. About ten minutes later he comes back, "I got you all these"

You look at the stack of clothes he was holding and start writing on your paper, "what!? Why did you get me so many clothes!?" "Because you need clothes and I don't mind buying them." He shows a faint smile before walking to the checkout.

-this continued for about a week, you stayed at his house and he ALWAYS bought you stuff-

The school week just ended meaning it was Saturday. You and Katsuki were hanging out in his room when something happened, you leaned over and kissed him.

This caught Katsuki off guard and he pulled away from you, "what-" you snap your hands over your mouth, you had liked Katsuki for about a week now. Not knowing what to say or do you ran into the bathroom and locked the door. You hear footsteps outside the door, "y/n can you just talk to me?" Tears are running down your face, what did I just do!? Stupid! stupid! stupid! The tears start soaking into your shirt, "just open the door, please?"

"...no..." you mumble. You can hear Katsuki whispering under his breath, but you can't tell what he is saying. "Just open the door" he says. You don't respond this time. "Open the damn door!" He was getting angry, "OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR." You didn't like the yelling, you decided it would be best to just listen to him and open the door.

You crack the door open just a little, this didn't stop him. Katsuki pushed his way through the door, he noticed you shaking, "I'm sorry for yelling" he reaches over to give you a hug.

You don't hug him back this time, you pull away from him, you're still a sobbing mess. You start to get light headed and collapse into Katsuki's arms. You don't remember much, but you woke up in Katsuki's bed again.

As you sat up he looked over and noticed you were awake, "well good morning, again" it was 2pm. You lay back down pulling the blanket over your face. You can feel him moving around on the bed, a minute later you could feel he was right over you. Slowly, you move the blanket off your face, you were laying on your back, so you were facing each other.

He smiled, "was that your way of telling me you like me?" You turn red from embarrassment, "I- uhh... um- it's just-" you stumble on your own words. He found this adorable, he leaned down for a kiss. This caught you off guard this time, but unlike Katsuki you kissed back.
