Chapter 14 - JK Labajo

DARREN's POV

Im here at the mall already waiting for Annie.

While I was waiting.. I saw Juan Karlos...

I walked towards him..

"Hi Juan Karlos" I greeted.

"Oh. Hello there Darren."

" Sup?"

"Fine, just waiting for someone."

"Who? Is that a girl? *wink*"

"Yeah. Actually my 'bestfriend'."

"Oh hahaha okay. Gusto mo samahan muna kita while waiting for your bestfriend?"

"Oh sure sure."

Then we talked about stuffs and many more. Actually we, the TVK YOUNG ARTISTS, when were off cam, we treat each other like siblings. We don't care who'll win. -^_^))

Then Annie came..

JK's POV

Hello there! Juan Karlos Labajo po!

I'm here at the mall with Darren1.

He's fun to be with, I admit.

He's funny, humble, a great singer, he shared his expercience way back in Canada when he won Pinoy Singing Sensation 2011 and being 2nd runner up in The Next Star 2012.

Then..

A beautiful girl approached us.. or should I say she approached Darren..

"Hello Annie!" Darren greeted.

"Hi Ren! Uhm.. uh who-" She said then Darren cut her off.

"Ohhh.. Annie, meet Juan Karlos Labajo, JK meet Anna Cruz.." Darren introduced.

Its kinda a bit awkward? 'Coz while Darren introducing, I just look at her.. uh-no, stratch that.. I stared at her..

"Ohh. Hello Juan Karlos, your from Team Bamboo right?" She greeted.

"Uh-uhm, yeah. Nice to meet you Anna."

"So.. Where to go?" Darren asked.

"Starbucks!" Anna and I jinxed.

"Jinxed!"

"Wahahaha!"

We just laugh and laugh until I noticed that Darren is kinda out of place and awkward.

"So lets go!" I said.

ANNA's POV

Juan Karlos, Darren and I were walking papuntang Starbucks then suddenly..

I saw Eury. With her bestfriend Tanya.

Woah.. I should hiiiidddeee!

Then hihilain ko na sana si Darren and JK but its too late, nahuli na niya kami.. baka ipagkakalat niya sa school, yeah, she's famous at Adamson's. the CAMPUS CRUSH.

"Anna and Darren?! Hmmm." She said.

"Diba ikaw yung kanina sa park?" Darren asked.

So kilala na nila ang isa't-isa?

"Who is she?" Juan Karlos whispered.

"Eury.. Eury?" I said. Yan nalang masabi ko eh #_#

"Hey Anna, ba't mo kasama si Darren Espanto?" She asked.

"Yeah right." A girl butted in.

"Ah eh. Wal- uhm.." I stummered.

"Eh bakit bawal?" Pilosopong pasabi ni Juan Karlos.

"Aish Juan Karlos." I whispered.

"Oh sya. Mauna na kami." Darren said.

Then we walked away but before that.. Eury gave me a evil glare. Wuh.

"So tell me about yourself Juan Karlos" I said.

While si Darren naman nag oorder pa.

"You can call me JK. Juan Karlos is too long hahaha." He said.

"Juan Karlos is kinda a nice name! where did your parents got that name?"

"I forgot.. and my mom just passed away.."

"Ohh. Sorry to hear that.. Condelence JK."

Suddenly Darren came back.

"What's your topic?" Darren asked.

"Nahh.." JK said.

Then the girl called our nicknames.

"For Ren! Annie! JK!"

"Over here madame!" I shouted.

EURY's POV

What the? Ba't kasama ni Anna si Darren Espanto and that Juan Karlos? Landi lang ah. Grabe.

"Tanya, what do you think?"

"Think of?.."

"Anna's with Darren Espanto and that Juan Karlos Labajo"

"I dont know? Oh come on Eu, maybe they're just friends?"

"How come?! Dapat malaman ko anong tinatago ni Anna. Huh."

DARREN's POV (sorry if always ako papalit-palit ng P.o.v's hihi)

I feel like i'm out of place here.. Its just that JK's always staring at Annie.. I always caught him.. then when I came back, I asked them what's their topic but JK just replied a NAH.

No miss author, why would I? Annie and Me are just 'bestfriends'

Fine. Yeah, I do. I DO HAVE FEELINGS FOR HER! DAMN.

Now, we just finished drinking our frappes.

Then we decided to go home since its 7pm na.

"Bye Darren! Bye Anna! Nice to meet you!" JK said while he gave a wink.. no, a wink for ANNIE.

Oh c'mon.

"Bye dude!" I said.

"Bye JK! Nice to meet you too! Take care!" Annie said.

Then I have this feeling na gusto kong sumuntok ng tao. OH COME ON DARREN! DONT ACT LIKE THAT!

"Ren.." Annie tap my shoulder.

I just ignored her.

"Hoy Ren!"

Shut up Annie.

"Ren? DARREN?! helloooo!!"

"WHAT?!" I yelled at her.

"Oh. Uh. Sorryy.. I just wanted to ask if you wanna uhm, join me tomorrow early morning to jog around the village? But I bet your not in the mood.. so uhm, ako nalang mag isa umuwi, I can handle myself.." Annie said, mukhang iiyak na yata sya..

Oh oh.. no no no.. dont cry!

"Oh uh sorryy.. no, I'll drive you home"

"No, uh- I can handle myself.. no need."

Then she ran away. What the heck D? WHAT DID YOU DOOOO?! T_T
