Peggy's POV
Today is the day that Y/n is coming back from her latest mission. She joined the SSR last year and ever since then we have been in a relationship.
Although we couldn't tell many people, since same sex relationships aren't socially acceptable yet, we have told a few people. We told Howard Stark and Jarvis, as well as Y/n's friend Y/f/n (your friends name).
Suddenly I heard the doors open and a loud groan. I let out a small laugh when I heard it due to the fact that I knew it was Y/n.
"Kill me if I ever accept a mission to Japan EVER again." Y/n groaned while falling into my arms.
"Y/n, get up we'll look suspicious." I giggled.
She got up and quickly kissed my cheek.
"Agent L/n." Agent Sousa wobbled over on his crutch.
Y/n's POV
I rolled my eyes hearing Sousa's voice. He's always had his eyes on Peggy and it pisses me off. I turned around and put on a fake smile.
"Agent. How can I help?" I asked with a fake sweet tone.
"I need you and Agent Carter in my office. Now." He stated in a cold tone.
Peggy and I looked at each other with a confused look and slowly follow Agent Sousa into his office.
"Sit." He said pointing to the chairs in front of his desk while closing the door behind us.
Peggy and I sat down giving each other looks before Sousa sat in his chair.
"Ladies, I found a video in the security camera's and.. I'll just let you watch it." He said turning his computer towards us and pressing play.
The videos starting rolling and it played a video of Peggy and I in a heated make out session. I felt my face start to heat up and I quickly looked at Peggy whose eyes we're widened. Peggy looked over at me then put her face in her hands.
"Agent I-" I started.
"No. It's my turn to talk." He interrupted.
I looked down nervously.
"Y/n you are fired for in office sexual action." He spoke calmly.
"What!?" Peggy yelled standing up.
"Peggy sit down." I gritted his teeth.
"No! Y/n did nothing wrong!" The redhead yelled.
"It's wrong!" The man shouted back.
"What in the world do you mean 'it's wrong'!?" She raised her voice again.
"Your relationship!" He yelled.
Peggy stopped and let her face go stone cold. I felt a few tears start to sting in my eyes at those words. I blinked 5 times, not letting the tears fall.
Without hesitation Peggy pulled me to my feet. She put her hand on the back of my neck and kissed me. My eyes widened then fluttered shut. She broke the kiss and smirked at me.
"I'm sorry Agent Sousa but if you fire Y/n then you will have to fire me as well." Peggy said.
Sousa looked at us in disbelief with his eyes widened. The sight itself almost made me burst out into a fit of laughter. His face was priceless. Peggy looked at me and winked.
"So shall we get back to our jobs?" Peggy asked.
Sousa nodded and signalled Peggy and I to leave. Once we got out of the room she smiled at me sweetly.
"Peg, you didn't have to do that." I spoke in a soft voice.
She giggled a little bit and walked a few steps closer to me.
"Well I wasn't just going to let him take away your job, Darling." She smirked.
"What did you call me?" I giggled.
Her eyes widened and her face went red. I wrapped my arms around her, pulling her in for a hug.
"It's okay Peg, I like that name." I cooed.
