After leaving the party, hyejin and naeri decided to go to a near club. They were sitting at a tiny table on the second floor drinking and talking, well, hyejin was already drunk and listening, naeri did all the talking at that point. There was a party going on on the floor below them, people dancing with each other and really, really drunk.
Hyejin rested her head on her hand as she listened to naeri talk, she was a very bad drinker, she couldn't even tolerate two alcoholic drinks, of whatever kind.
"...I ended up making an excuse and went looking for you, trying to get the dude off of me"
"cool" hyejin responded
"girl, you're so bad a drinking" naeri let out a small laugh. "remember in high school, when you got drunk for the first time?"
hyejin buried her face in her hands as she nodded her head "don't remind me please"
"you almost kisse-"
"okay that's enough" hyejin said getting up, followed by naeri's sweet laugh
"wait, where are you going?"
"toilet"
After almost leaving her soul at the club's toilet, getting all of the alcohol out of her system, it seemed like she was already detoxified, but as naeri put her on the bed when they got to the dorms, struggling with the dizzy girl, the drunkenness was still there.
"you sure you don't want me to stay?"
"mhm, go, go, you're in the room beside me anyway" hyejin mumbled
"okay, but call me if you need anything, okay?" naeri said as she patted hyejin's butt
"why do I have such a nice best frienddd" hyejin cried, getting up and hugging the girl
"okay okay, no need to get sentimental, I know I'm a good bestie but now go to sleep"
"mhm, okaaaay"
She heard the door behind naeri, leaving the whole room in a quiet state. Hyejin felt like her head was going around in circles as she got rid of the uncomfortable outfit she was wearing, not even bothering to take her makeup off.
She grabbed her phone and logged in to Instagram, pressing on the first picture at the top to see people's insta stories. She recognized the first person that popped up, a smile plastered on her face.
