My head is screaming at me
"Turn right now"
I simply refuse to believe
My journey is anything but magnificent.
Everyone tells me what to do
They have no idea
Slit wrists, stereo blared, pills scattered
I'm gray between the parallels of life and death
If only they had understood my tears,
I'm done. No longer shall I be conformed
To the restraints of the capitalists
No, I'm a monster with an addiction.
The age of exploration never ended
It barely has been for us
We are the outsiders, the emos,
The geeks and jocks you shoved out.
In retaliation to your emotionless ways,
We are united under one authority.
The freedom of speech and beliefs
No longer will we use be lay to rest.
You can't shut us up. We matter!
In exile, we form a bond stronger
Than the titanium you forge in factories.
We are the children of America!
If you don't believe me, feel around
Things are soon to be changed
Well, we'll be there on the front
Ready to pierce through the ideals of conspiracy.
Grey, no. I'm red, fiery red
No longer will we back down
We're invincible with all the blood
We're gonna shed for the freaks.
