DORAEMON: A BROKEN SOUL

Chapter 2: Big Change

We cut to him in his room, staring out his window. It is night. Doraemon is back in the 22nd century, still angry at Nobita. His parents are having their dinner. His mom is confused because she doesn't know if she should forgive Nobita or not. Nobita is filled with sadness. He closes his eyes. Tears fall from them.

We cut to Shizuka in her house, sleeping. The memory of her telling Nobita that she hates her starts haunting her. She regrets saying those. She realizes that he was limping. She decides to forgive him & ask him for forgiveness too, but what if he hates her after it?

We cut to Gian in his house. He is sleeping too. The memory of him bullying Nobita starts haunting him. He realizes that he bullied him too much. He even got injured. He decides to forgive him & ask for forgiveness from him too, but even he starts thinking if Nobita hates him or not.

Same goes for Suneo. He is sleeping too but the memory of him bullying Nobita with Gian haunts him. He decides to forgive him & ask for forgiveness from him too, but now even he starts thinking if Nobita hates him or not. We fade to black.

A few days later. We cut to the future, we see Doraemon looking out of a window. He is filled with regret. He regrets saying those harsh words to Nobita. We then see a yellow racco- oh shoot, I meant another cat robot. This one is a female & is shorter than Doraemon. It is his sister, Dorami. A boy comes behind her too. It is Nobita's grandson, Sewashi. They tell him that he was too harsh on Nobita. Doraemon says that he regrets all those. He wants to ask for forgiveness from him. Dorami tells him that it is not late to do it. He smiles at her.

We cut to Nobita studying. He looks emotionless. He is determined from the inside, but empty from the outside. He notices his study table shaking. He goes back using his chair. He sees the drawer opening & Doraemon jumps out of it! Nobita, still on his chair, emotionlessly looks at him. Doraemon asks Nobita if he forgives him. Nobita instead nods his head & takes his book & starts studying again. Doraemon looks confused. He hears a knock on the door. He goes down to open the door.

We cut to him opening the door. We see Shizuka, Dekisugi, Gian & Suneo there. They are surprised to see him there. Dekisugi asks him when he came back. Doraemon says "Today" & asks him how he knows about him not being here for a while. He says that Nobita told them about it. Shizuka tells him that Nobita has been quieter than usual nowadays & doesn't talk to them. He only talks to them only if they ask or tell him something, that too barely. He looks emotionless & concentrates more on his studies. She says that she made a mistake by saying harsh stuff to him. Gian & Suneo say that they regret bullying him too harshly. Dekisugi asks him where Nobita is. Doraemon tells them that he's upstairs.

The five go upstairs. They see Nobita studying. He looks at them & just nods. He then looks back at his book, but then he holds his head. He moans. His friends come to him. They ask him what's wrong. He tells them how much he hates them for treating him like trash. They get shocked after hearing it. All of them (well except Dekisugi because he never did anything bad to him) ask Nobita to forgive them because of them treating him badly. He just nods his head. We cut to a worried Doraemon looking at him.

The song "Falling Star" by Jet starts playing. We cut to a montage of Nobita trying to move on from his life, but he cannot because thoughts of his friends were still haunting him. The montage also shows his friends trying to move on from this fact, but they can't because thoughts of Nobita were still haunting them.
