Where Love Begins...

Chapter 2

"Favorite Color?" He smiled at me.

"Pink!" i said without any hesitation.

"Favorite song?"

"hmmm love song? By Taylor Swift."

He opened his mouth to say something, but shut it again when we heard footsteps walking towards us. We turned to look and saw it was Kendra.

"Hey do you guys wanna grab something to eat? I'm hungry!" she said rubbing her belly.

"Sure." Amarveer said standing up. He offered me his hand. I gladly accepted it and stood up with his help. We started walking to the parking lot. Amarveer was standing pretty close to me. i turned my head just a little and saw he was right there. i looked back up ahead and bit my lip. i could feel the color in my cheeks changing to a more pinker color. Why was i acting so weird all of the sudden? I mean i still don't know anything about him. I looked up at him and he looked at me and gave me a warm smile. I tired to smile back, but i just blushed more. i tried to turn my head to keep him from seeing, but i'm pretty sure he saw anyways because he let out a small laugh.

We arrived to the gate of the parking lot.

"you girls can ride in my car, if you want."

Gosh his accent made everything so much cuter! What am i saying? I need to stay calm and focused... not on him.

Kendra agreed quickly and grabbed my hand and pulled me into the backseat of his jeep.

I laughed when i finally realized what kind of car this was. Amarveer and Kendra looked at me with a confused look. I smiled, "I always wanted to ride in one of these when i was little."

They both laughed and Amareer got in the driver seat and started up the car. He looked through he rear view mirror at me and said, "Where too little lady?"

i blushed and looked at Kendra, she shrugged her shoulders at me. i looked back at Amarveer and bit my lip. He was looking right into my eyes... well sorta. my first instinct was to look down. He laughed and finally spoke, "MacDonald's?"

I nodded my head and quietly laughed at the way his accent made him say it.

He smiled and drove out of the parking lot and towards the nearest McDonald's.

I felt someone shaking my leg. i guess i must of fallen asleep. i slowly opened my eyes and then quickly shut them again, blinded by the bring sun. I heard the sound of a guy chuckling. I immediately remembered everything and opened my eyes. His face was very close to mine. His un-shaved face. His medium length hair that need a little trim. His dark chocolate brown eyes that had a little shadow in it from the way the sun was shinning. he was gorgeous. I felt my hand start to rise up. i'm guessing my hands had a mind of their own because before i knew it my hand was on his cheek, pulling him closer to me.

His face just inches from mine. I could feel his warm breath on my lips. Why did i want him so bad?

"Jacee." He breathed out.

I bit my lip and droped my hand. He stood up straight and put his arm on the top of the open door. I went to unbuckle my self, but to find that the seat belt was already un done. I looked up at Amarveer with a confused look. He only smiled and let out a hand. I took it and intertwined my fingers with his. Our hands fit like puzzle pieces. I looked up at him and blushed. I went to drop his hand but his grip became tighter. He bent down so his lips were inches away from my ear and whispered, "Just until we get to the door."

I felt a shiver run down my spine. I smiled and nodded. I got out of the car and he closed the door after me. We started walking towards the door. I kept looking down at our hands. He noticed and laughed through his nose, which only made me giggle.
