Chapter #1
Neaveh’s POV
It was dark, about five o’clock. I wanted to make sure that no one saw me, so I walked through the ally way. It was a quick route to where I wanted to get to. There was a loud screech so naturally I looked behind me. All of a sudden I couldn’t see anything, struggling to breath. My hands where literally tied and I couldn’t move. I could hear someone inhaling and exhaling right in my ear. I was hopeless I couldn’t get out of it. “hahhahah” there was a trail of laughter going through my ear.
“You scared, huh?”
As soon as I heard that I knew exactly who it was. So I decided to drag things along and give them what they were looking for.
“Please don’t hurt me, what do you want from me?” I said in a husky voice.
“Give me your phone and all the money you have or you’re gonna get it” one of them said.
I began to laugh in my head, these boys are so dumb its unreal they couldn’t be more obvious could they.
“Louis how can I give you my phone and my money when I can’t see?” “You’re such a bad criminal, and Niall your laugh is the most recognisable laugh I’ve heard in my life”
“Lou I knew we should of went with my idea, gosh.” Niall said angrily
“Well Nialler if we went with your idea she would have actually shat her pants and you don’t really want to smell that at five am in the morning now do you?” Louis replied
“Erm yeah guys can you let me go and take whatever is on my eyes off please?”
“Sorry Neaveh” they chorused
“Yeah you should be” I said
They took of the blindfold of me and let go and we started to walk along the ally again.
“You’ve got some explaining to do Neaveh Haden, why are you walking in the ally way near our apartment, care to explain?” Lou said.
“I was thinking the same thing actually” Niall said
“Well you see erm I’m even shocked that you guys still lived at this place….”
“Are you gonna carry on or is that it?” Lou asked he really wanted to get it out of me.
“We haven’t seen you for like 8 months” Niall said under his breath, he didn’t know I could hear what he said so clearly
** FLASHBACK**
“We should go and see maroon 5 live before you have to go back” Niall sugested waving around the tickets in his hand.
“OMG yes, but then how are we gonna get there though because I can’t drive, ugh the joys of being 16 without a car, yay” I said sarcastically.
“I can drive but I have lost my licence so yeah..”
We like to keep things on the DL whenever we are together regardless that he’s famous and all so we would even think of asking Paul to take us. I really want to see them and plus I’m going with Niall and he’s been there for me since day 1.
“Neaveh seriously don’t worry about it I will make sure we go, promise”
“Promise?”
“Double swear, lock and key, I promise you like you promise me” Niall replied
I smiled “how do you still remember that we made that up like when you were 8, haha”
“I remember so many things and you don’t, and you say I have bad memory” he said smirking
Niall found his licence and obviously he told me straight away

Guess what I found… My licence. See I kept my promise Neave. Remember be ready by 7

I walked to the roundabout I was early for once because I didn’t want to be late. I waited for ages and watched cars past me by. It was getting cold as well and by that time it was past 9 and it would take more than an hour to get there as well. This isn’t like Niall at all he is usually the one who is on time no matter what. I gave up; I had it, forget it. He made that promise and well I guess he broke it. I ran and it began to rain. All my scars were open and I began to cry. Literally all we the plans we had have gone now and the fact that he made that promise…
I didn’t hear from him for 3 days. I got texts constantly and I didn’t reply. I even ended up changing my number because I couldn’t take it anymore.
I went to Manchester, a place I didn’t even know and started everything I ever knew again.
“I just miss everything I used to have; here is where I need to be”
Louis was walking in front of Niall and I, he knew we had some things we had to patch back up again.
“You don’t know how much I’ve been trying to contact you Neave” Niall said
“I changed my number” I replied
“Why?” he asked
“There’s so many whys I want to ask you Niall” I responded
“Niall, why don’t you tell her what you told me a couple of months ago?” Lou said
I looked sort of confused but I was ready to listen to everything he had to say.
Niall stood there anxiously and his mouth opened and before words came out ….
“You know what I have had enough, first you left me and you expect me to forgive you even though you promised!”“Look I just want things to be how they used to be, when we didn’t care about anything and it was mostly banter and those cute moments we used to share I miss that.” I said
“Nobody said that you can’t have it back to what it used to be Neaveh!” Niall yelled
“JUST TELL HER!!!” Louis shouted.
“Louis forget it, if he cared he would’ve said something”
Niall flushed red and I knew at that moment he was going to crack right about now.
“I DO CARE NEAVEH, HOW CAN YOU SAY I DON’T CARE WHEN YOU KNEW I WAS TRYING TO CONTACT YOU AND THEN YOU JUST GO AHEAD AND CHANGE YOUR NUMBER HUH? WHAT AM I MENT TO DO” Niall yelled
Dogs started to bark as all of this was going on; I’m surprised that no one has come out of their houses yet to be honest; well I guess it’s really early so.
My eyes started to go red and tears started to roll down my eyes.
“ YOU KNOW THE REASON I DIDN’T TURN UP TO PICK YOU UP, ITS BECAUSE MY MUM DIED! SHE WAS IN A CAR CRASH!”
