Chapter Seven

You woke from the loud shouts of prison guards. You heard Kisame grumble on the bottom bed of the bunk bed. You sat up and climbed down from your bunk bed. Kisame slowly got up from bed and caught eye of you. "Good morning (Y/N)." He spoke.

"Morning Kisame." You responded as you waited behind the iron bars of your cell.

Kisame eventually got up from his bed and stood next to you. Both of you were waiting to be released so you can take a morning shower and eat breakfast.

Eventually, you two were freed and walked to seperate bathrooms to shower. Once both of you finished showering, you met up with Kisame in the cafeteria. You both then got your food and sat on the same table.

"You'll need to convince that prison guard to free you this week. It looks like that you've got him wrapped around your finger." Kisame spoke.

"Yeah, I will." You smirked. "I want to get out of prison as well."

You picked up a slice of toasted bread and bit into it and started chewing. "Prison is entertaining with you around, Kisame." You spoke.

He then turned to look at you. "Really?"

"Yeah, this dump would be boring as hell without you." You said.

"I could say the same to you (Y/N)." He grinned.

Once the two were finished eating, they stood up in order to throw away their trays. You then turned to see a prisoner walking towards you and Kisame.

He then attempted to throw a punch at Kisame. In which Kisame turned back and caught the punch. Kisame then quickly retaliated with a punch of his own at the prisoner. The prisoner was punched in the face and stumbled back.

"Damn you.. you murderer!" They shouted.

The prisoner than attempted to punch Kisame again in which Kisame dodged their fist and punched them back in the abdomen.

The prison guards eventually arrived and tried to hold the prisoner back. "Damn you! Y-You killed my sister!" He shouted as he struggled in the grasp of the prison guards. "She didn't deserve to die.. but you killed her.."

A tear fell from the prisoner's eye as he was taken away by the guards. You then turned to look at Kisame. "Do you know who he was and who he was talking about?"

"No." Kisame spoke. "Like I'd care."

You looked intently at Kisame. "Yeah, like you would."

'We'll be out of here anyways.' You thought. 'His crimes wouldn't really matter anyway. He said he wouldn't kill me so I could care less about his mass killings.'
