(Cut to the living room where Dr. Nielsen uses a stethoscope to listen to Wanda's belly. After a few moments of listening, he takes the stethoscope away.)
Dr. Nielsen: Hmm. Hmm. Yep Definitely pregnant.
Wanda: [chuckles nervously]
(Y/N): That's a relief, Wanda. I thought you were getting fat.
Wanda: What?!
(Y/N): Oh, uh, nothing...
Wanda: That's what I thought. Anyway, well, that much we figured.
Vision: It's just kinda taken us by surprise. It's just kinda sudden. Quite suddenly, wasn't it? I mean, practically overnight.
(Y/N): More like in the blink of an eye.
Vision: I mean...How did this happen?
