RECAP
It was a text from... Charlie!
" Are you kidding me?!" I accidentally said out loud. They all look at me questionable so I tell them what happened" how did he get my number?!" Like I just want to forget that happened. Sydney steals my phone and texts back
" Sydney what the heck!!??"
" btw he said he wants to meet up with you at Starbucks in 10 min but he said you can bring us :)" she says and I'm not to happy but I agree I mean I can't really ignore him forever. We have school Monday
We go up to my room to get ready I mean I can't look like I just got up. We walk up the stairs and change. I curl my hair and put on some makeup.
Once we are all in the car I put on some music. Eminem of course I needed some pump up.
We get to Starbucks and he's not there yet. I order my Carmel frappé and I'm set. We all get our drinks and sit down.
I see Charlie walk in. My stomach sinks, I don't want to talk. He gets his drink and sits down uncomfortably close to me. I scoot away and he takes the hint. I sip my drink and everybody's eye dart around as we sit in silence.
He finally says "so... The other night"
"Let's just forget it happened so you
can go back to your fake cake faced girlfriend alright?" I say cutting him off" ok." He replies and gets up " well ok so bye" he says and walks away
The girls all look at me with questioning eyes. I just get up and grab my keys. They all follow assuming we are heading back to my house.
" we should go to the water park today
my mom has free passes" I say breaking the silence in the car"I'm in" Lilliana replies and everybody else's agrees
We all change into our bathing suits and put a t-shirt over and hop back into the car.
We arrive and walk in the building I stop in my tracks when I see my ex. We hide in the locker room. Hanna walks out to make sure he's gone. As soon as he leaves the building we walk in
