Chapter 1

Jennie POV

"Miss Kim, here are the papers you need to sign, and the schedule you have for today" Somi, my secretary said.

"Place it in my table and leave" I said without any emotions at all.

"Yes maam" she responded and immediately leave my office.

Suddenly, flashbacks came flooding in my mind. I wasn't like this before. I used to be all smiley and goofy. I used to greet everyone here in my company.

It was all her fault.

She left me.

"Fck it!" I shouted as I remembered her again.

"love come on, wakey wakeyyyy you'll be late to your work" my sunshine here repeated for the nth time already. I just groaned and turn my back to her.

"Love if you don't open those beautiful eyes of yours I have no choice but to..." She trailed as I felt her hands crawling into my sides as an attempt to tickle me. And that made me open my eyes.

"Ok ok stop right there I'm already up" I said while rubbing my eyes, pouting.

"There goes my favorite orbs" she said as she kissed me on my forehead.

"I'm the CEO I can go to work whatever time I want to you know" I reasoned out while giving her a soft glare.

"Stop with the reasons kitten, hurry up and prepare for tonight coz we will have a date" A smile crept in my lips as soon as I heard those words. She really is full of surprises.

"Really?!Okkk I'll just take a bath real quick" She just rolled her eyes and shakes her head because of my sillyness. But then she suddenly smirked.

"You know what hon, maybe we can just shower together to save water and time" she jokingly said and starts to walk closer to me but before she can even went inside I hurriedly closed the door right infront of her face.

"Or maybe not" I shouted.

I heard her laugh and went out of the door so I already started. I can't help but to smile. Lisa and I, yes Lisa, who would've have though that the heiress of Manoban's my family's company partner,will be my girlfriend? And we are already in our 4th year. I felt giddy just by thinking about it.

'Aish that monkey'

After taking a bath I dressed up and went down just to see the monkey waiting for me

"Hey beautiful, mind if I drive you to your work?"

"I would be glad if you stay" I pouted again. I really do wanted her to stay with me

"Ohh someones being clingy" she teased 'this monkey really' I said in my mind

"If you don't want to, then don't" I said as I walk pass her while rolling my eyes

"Heyy hon come on I'm just joking, you know I can't resist you. I'll be staying with you the whole day so stop with the attitude mandu" she still have the guts to tease me huh?

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" I shouted like, literally. She seemed frightened. Ha! Serve you right.

"I-i said my- my boo, yea yea my boo" and give me an awkward smile. I just stared at her testing of what she would do. I was shocked when she hugged me tight and rub my back as a comforting manner while counting from 1- 23 . Our anniversarry. I smiled but brush it off as she released the hug.

"You calm now? I'm sorry ok? Iloveyou let's go wifey" and give me a peck on the lips

"Ghad I love you too" I said as I dive back into her lips again to give her a real kiss. I feel her smile. I broke the kiss and she hurriedly went to the car's door to open it for me

"Shall we?"

"We shall"
