When Kara wakes, her memories of Marko are gone. She's surrounded by faces she doesn't know in a place she's never seen before.
While with the cliff elves, Kara will meet new friends, learn healing magic and attempt to get answers for the missing three months of her life. While no one makes a move to help retrieve the missing time, small events bring back emotions for her, things that she cannot explain. But Kara is determined to get her memories back not only for herself but for the child she carries. The child of a husband she doesn’t remember.
Back in Leiporia Prince Marko suffers through the repercussions what he has done. In the midst of fighting a war with Adril, protecting his family and his mate, Marko must find the strength to keep the raging beast inside him from taking control of his every action and destroying his sanity.
Our two characters must find themselves in their time apart, but fate has knitted their lives together for eternity and is sure to unite them again… hopefully.
