Y/N) (M/N) Cecil was Guy’s younger sister. At only age 12 (Y/N) was a very curious girl. (A/N: I made you twelve so no specific character x reader, I may add one later as you get older, and I’ll do oneshots separate from the story line but not in the main story till a bit in, if at all.) (Y/N) hung out with the gardener, Pere, as the young girl wanted to have her own garden in the manor.

(Y/N)’s P.O.V

It’s been long week, that’s for sure.

I head out to the little garden that Pere is always set up at, and it’s no different today. I close the door to the hallway and turn around, rays of sunlight hitting my face. (A/N: sorry if I get the layout a little wrong, at least in the first chapter, because I’m writing the first chapter at school, so I have yet to play the game again, and I most recently played it like two years ago, I haven't touched my 3DS in like three months lmao, okay anyways back to the story!) I shield my eyes, as the sun was harsh today, and I felt like if I look at it straight for more than thirty seconds, I’d go blind in one eye. I walk over to Pere and sit down on the little bench beside his gardening area. He looked up and smiled at me, his face wrinkling as he gave me a sweet and welcoming “Hello!”

I smile back to him before looking to the ground and swinging my legs back and forth. This continues for a few seconds, then Pere looks up at me and asks, “What flower do you want to learn about today (Y/N)?” I look at him, then lift my head to the sky in thought, being careful to keep the sun out of my gaze. After I think for a few minutes, I look down to him and smile brightly. “How about daisies?”

He laughs and nods, mirroring my warm smile to him. “Okay, well, I Like daisies because they remind me of you (Y/N).” He pats my head like a father would to his child. “How so?” I ask, looking at him confused. He closes his eyes and shakes his head, laughing once again. “Well, daisies often represent youth, and innocence. They can also be a sign of hope and loyalty.  My eyes stare up at him in wonder and he kneels to my height and looks me in my eyes. “You’re full of hope and I don’t want you to lose that for anything or anyone. Keep your head up and be brave my dear. Your strong, that I know from just looking at you.”

A few seconds go by as we just stay like that, looking at each other like father and daughter. I suddenly lean in and hug him, a smile as wide as the rainbow covering my face as my eyes squeeze shut from happiness.

Pere suddenly gets up, and greets Luke, who walked out a few seconds ago. “Ah, master Luke!”
Guy walks over and I notice master Van follows. Guy must have been talking to him. Luke walks over too and the three of them talk while me and Pere stand there awkwardly.

I space out for a few seconds but am quickly brought back to reality by the sound of a song. Not a moment later, I can hear voices again.

“That voice...” I hear master Van mumble under his breath, his voice raspy and sounding tired.

“I-I can’t move!” I turn to the sound of Luke’s alert. I gasp as I watch him try to move, but to no avail. (A/N: I hope to god I used that word correctly. If I didn’t oops, I guess lmaoo)
