Chapter 1

Seth P.O.V

It all started at the new Stratos ship port in the Hoenn region. I was on my way to the Unova region to challange the league there. After boarding the ship I used the map that came with the ships panflit to try and locate my room but I was horrible with maps. I turned to see if Lux was ok with the ship, he seemed uneasy and tense as if something was irritating him and then out of the blue some idiot decides to tap me on the shoulder. I hated being touched I turned around hastily

"What could you possibly want." I yelled, only to see my old rival Cyrina. She then started yelling.

"Excuse me?! How dare u speak to me lik-....wait..What the hell Seth? Why are you here?" She asked.

"Well to challenge yet another petty league of course, but its not like you would understand. I didn't see you at the Battle Frontier. What about you why are you here? still traveling around with that impish Eevee?" I taunted. She clenched her teeth.

"For your information I didnt want to challenge the league! I decided to take care of Pokémon like my mother did. Not that you would understand how to take care Pokémon" she mocked. Just then Cyrinas Jolteon sparked and sent a thunderbolt in my direction. Lux quickly stepped in front of me and absorb the shock. Whoa!... So her Eevee evolved physically... unfortunately I can see she's still quite childish. Lux looked at me then started to walk away,

"I agree with lux" I said starting to walk away "Maybe we'll meet again, I forsee our next battle! "Lux...they have grown, haven't they." He turned his head to me and gave a slight nod. She was still the same as when we left home. The ship's engines began to roar. "Looks like we're setting off now, we better find our room before it's too late" I said running down the hallway. Lux ran after me.

We finally find our room and I was too pooped to do anything else. For some reason all I could think about was my encounter earlier today. She was way more beautiful than that tomboy I had met when we were younger....erhhh what am I saying...I took my clothes off and layed in the bed. Later I heard a loud knocking at the door must have been the concierge telling me.. "Sorry for the inconvenience with finding your room here's a free steak for you and your Luxray" I tried to get up but Luxrays head was on my chest...

"wrrgg" I groaned as I tried to wiggle from under his head, once I got out I walked to the door and opened it only to find....her, her hair looked a mess as if she was running laps around the ship.

"Oh great, now you're stalking me" I said with a distasteful face only to noticed that I was in nothing but my underwear. She gasped and with a red face pushed me to the ground.

"Pervert!" She yelled and ran back down the hallway, Jolteon trailing her. Wait! I screamed running and attempting to put on my shorts and run after her, only to see lightning flickering down the hallway. Luxray slid into the hallway to absorb the shock....again.

"...guess you didn't want to talk." I said to myself heading back to the room. "Come on lux, let's just go back to sleep." After waking up and making sure that my wonderful white hair was in order... I went up to the main deck to see if I can get something to eat. I was immediately swarmed by all sorts of different types of trainers asking me how I had obtained the shiny Luxray.

"i raised him alright! Now that, that's settled can someone please show me the way to the dining area.

"Yeah sure" said a tall burly man with a man with an azuril on his head. "But I'll only show you if you battle me of course" pointing his thumb towards the sky

"Fine" I said, "But you won't be ready for what I'm about to bring to the table. Lux! Use flamethrower on azurill!" The crowd of people laughed... But then Lux open his mouth releasing a brigh blue flame. The man looked at his fainted azurill.

"Y-you... you cheated!" He cried. "There is no way.." He cried. "Your wrong" I said with a smirk. When I first found Lux, he was being raised by a couple of magmar and a magby whom i also adopted..

"And you can achieve anything as long as the embers in your heart burn strong!" I said with a heroic pose. Lux let off a roar. The crowd began to clap...

"LOSERS!" Said a familiar voice in the background. I grabbed my face and blushed in secret... I searched the crowed as saw Cyrina.

"No! We are not like that!" I said aloud. Lux looked up at me with a puzzled face. She took a step forward.

"Yea I said it. You werent so great. If anything u went over kill on the poor Azurill!" She pulled out a bag from her pocket and gave it to the man. Then, ran over to me and put her face in mine. "When I said you didnt care about Pokémon I meant it." She glared at me and then at Lux. "You should both be ashamed! Hmph!" She turned, hair hitting my face and walked away.

"Oh whatever" I sighed. "let's go get something to eat." Her hair actually smelled...good. "She said I was heartless... No she doesn't know what we've been through, right Lux?...come on." I said heading toward the smell of food. Once I got to the dining area I noticed that the huge room was buzzing with chatter, I was soon met by a waitress.

"Sorry sir, but would it be ok if we sat you with another set of people" she asked. I nodded

"As long as it's a set of beautiful women" I said and Lux scoffed.

"Very well sir, come right this way..." As much as I think I have bad luck I know luck like this isn't even possible. Of course sitting at the table was Cyrina and Jolt

"Hey, surprised to see you guys here." I said. Lux noded in agreement. She looked up.

"Oh of course, should have exspected that" She sighed and scooted over. "You can sit with us but dont touch me." I walked over and sat next to her in the round booth

"I'm sorry you had to see me like that last night" I told her. The waitress brought us a full course platter to share. Lux and Jolt stared down to select piece of fish. I heard Lux growl but ignored it. Cyrina looked away.

"Why were you in your... u-underwear for?" She asked me. Jolt's ears perked up at Lux's growl and started growling back. I blushed a little

"No reason, it was just really hot I guess" Lux's growls grew louder "Lux stop, we are at a table" I scolded, but he didn't even flinch at my warning. It was like he didn't even notice me. This argument was obviously between him and Jolteon.

"You alright? Your face is red, maybe you got sick sleepin naked" Cyrina touched my forehead. All of a sudden Jolteon jumped on the table and snapped at Lux's face. Lux pulled his face back surprised no one had ever stepped up to him when he has gotten angry. He pushed the fish to jolts plate with his paw and looked away.

"Whoa.. Lux stepped down from an argument, Jolteon must have quite the temper" I said giving my plate to luxray. While this was going on, I forgot to notice that her hand was still on my forehead and that my other hand was over hers. In the middle of our meal a deafening alarm sounded.

"Emergency! Emergency! A storm cell has been spotted all tenants please return to their rooms!" everyone around us rose from their seats and panic.

"What do we do?!" I yelled.."Do you see another exit?" Cyrina jumped on the table and turned in all directions. She then jumped down and grabbed my hand.

"Lets go!" She yelled trying to push through the people with no luck. Lux ran to the front and rudely used his body to get us through almost knocking people over.

We reached the main deck and I looked up. The sky was black and and beyond the clouds seem to be some sort of Pokemon fighting with another. I couldn't make out what kind it was in all the commotion. Then a large bolt of lightning spread through the sky and hit the front left hull of the ship. I grabbed cyrina and with the other I grabbed a pole on the side of the wall as the ship started to tilt from the aftershock of the thunder.

Cyrina reached to grab Jolteon as she started to slide away to the edge of the ship. Lux clawed at the deck of the ship unable to hold on. And at that very moment hundreds of people slid off the the ship. With the ship in tilt Cyrina and Jolteon became too heavy and my fingers slipped from the pole.

I wrap my arms around her to protect her from the edge of the ship. My head hit the guardrail of the ship and I slowly blacked out.
