Chapter 3- Angel

Let's take a look over in Snezhnaya. We have the 12th and youngest Fatui Harbinger. Angel! Angel grew up with lots of standards pushed on her. As a member of an average family, she was always pushed to do more and bring victory to their name in whatever way fit, whether it was battle, politics, or even another occupation that could make good money. She always admired the Fatui as a young child, too naïve to know what they actually do, distracted by the flashy weapons and such. Noticing her interest, she was enrolled in training in hopes of becoming a higher ranking member when she could. She received her vision the night before she was appointed to the position of Harbinger when she was 16. She was having a hard time sleeping due to the anticipation, so she went to get a snack. She opened a cabinet to find the vision instead of her food and immegiately went to try it out, not getting any sleep that night.Angel had an Electro Ddelusion given to her, specifically electro because of her purple eyes, and she did practice with it, which is how she was able to get used to her vision quickly. She typically doesn't rely on the delusion because of its unreliablity and possible side effects.
