♥Chapter 17♥

Valentines Day…
It was valentines day the school was buzzing with talks of lovey dovey words, red white and pink littered the school from people’s clothing choice all the way up to the mushy lovey dovey gifts they would receive from that special someone. (Name) sighed irritatedly as she listen to ino blab on and on about what sai did for her that morning the poor raven female hated valentines day much like her brother sasuke that was one of the many things they agreed on.

“(Name)-senpai I was wondering if you could um...take this please” a brown haired boy spoke his glasses fogging up some not letting her see his eyes. (Name) looked up at the boy with a bored expression “hm...sure” she stuck her hand out taking the small card from the nervous teen “ar-arigato-gozaimasu” he stuttered while blushing before quickly leaving your site.

You sighed tossing the card over in your bag that was nearly filled with fluffy pink,white and red cards. Even though you yourself hated today you kinda expected naruto to show up and give you something cheesy after all you were dating ‘it’s not like he has to’ you thought staring at the medium size box of chocolates laying in your bag.

‘I’m not the best cook in the world...’ she thought looking down at her bandaged fingers ‘but I’m sure these turned out okay’ she smiled a little.

Meanwhile sasuke and naruto were on the track field preparing to run the mile “gotta anything planned for sakura?” naruto asked bending down touching his toes. “Dinner, a movie and then back to her place and will see from there” the uchiha spoke popping his back “what about (name) huh?” naruto gulped he had nothing planned.

Standing back up a blush dusted his cheeks as he rubbed his head sheepishly “well…” he began looking anywhere but at those onyx eyes. Sasuke raised a brow crossing his arms over his chest “you don’t have anything do you?” he stated, naruto nodded his head slightly looking down messing with his fingers.

Before sasuke could say another word the whistle blew signaling them to start running on the track. “I don’t see why the guy always has to do something why can’t the girl do something for the guy huh?” naruto pouted. Sasuke rolled his eyes though he knew the dobe did have a fair point.

“Well as true as that could be (name) is different she actually got you something,dobe” the raven glared. Naruto stopped in his tracks his blue eyes wide in shock “sh-she did?” he stuttered. Sasuke merely nodded his head “she stayed up all last night making chocolate believe it or not she hates valentines almost as much as me but I guess she decide she had to get you at least something since you're going out” he spoke doing a slight head flip removing his bangs from his face.

~Flashback~

It was 2 o’clock in the morning all the lights were off in the uchiha household expect the kitchen where the youngest uchiha was at. Her long raven hair was pulled up in one pony tail , her bangs laying on her face her sleeves were rolled up and she wore a light shade of blue which was her apron. She had a few bags under her eyes but nothing a little makeup couldn’t cover up.

Her fingers were bandaged, she stood in front of the stove a pot of boiling chocolate laying on one of the burners. “I know if I keep working on it I’ll get it right” she smiled weakly turning off the burner. Meanwhile sasuke had came down stairs for he simply couldn’t sleep knowing he heard the small noises of dishes from down stairs. “Who the hell is still up” he mumbled with an irritated look his usual duck-butt hair now had loose black locks sticking up here and there.
