Angel at My Door

Dick's pov

Someone rang the door bell twice or thrice , yet no one went to open the door. Knowing Alfred was busy and the rest of them were too lazy , I went and opened the door and there was this woman who looked like an angel knocking the door of hell to come set me free.

"Are you an Angel " I asked dreaming about our wedding

"Uhh no I'm Kory Anders " she said with an awkward smile 

"Get out of the way grayson , she is my guest " said Damian

"You should never interrupt two adults when they are talking , demon " I said , I'm not usually this mean to damian but at this point of time, the manor was hell , Kory was an angel and the only thing that was stopping me from pursuing my angel was Damian the demon of hell 

"I'm sorry but that is no way you talk to a innocent child " kory said angrily 

" Oh no no , you've got all wrong , damian is not innocent_" I tried to explain but she wouldn't listen

" Not innocent , can you look at his face and tell me that he is a demon " she said pointing at damian who now made his puppy eye face 

"It's okay miss Anders no one in this house sees me as a good person " damian said and took kori inside the manor , not before giving me an evil grin 

"Father this is Miss Kory Anders , a  child counsellor in my school " Damian said with a smile 

 "Counsellor !? Damian got a counsellor in the manor , don't get me wrong but Damian is not the kind of kid who likes counsellors , he is usually making sure they they run away from the manor gate , but now that he is bring a counsellor to the manor , its kinda odd " I said 

" What did Damian do Miss Anders " Bruce asked 

"Oh he didn't do anything ,in fact he is quiet a good boy " she said

"Good boy " I repeated in disbelief " of course why can't Damian be a good boy" I said after remembering how angry she was before when I called him a demon

" I just didn't have enough time to talk to him in school so I decided to come to his home , this will help me understand what he is going through , and clearly he is not getting good support from his brothers " she said staring at me    

" *giggles* this way miss Anders " Damian said leading kori to his room

" What wrong with you " bruce asked 

" Your son he is the problem , now kori thinks I am a mean brother " I explained 

"and when did you start worrying about what others think about you " he asked 

" ever since I fell in love " I said 

"with Damian's counsellor " he said 

" yes , but she doesn't want to talk to me , and its all because of your son " I said

" At least Damian did one good thing , he saved Kory from you " bruce said 

Time skip to after Kory is done with the counselling 

Dick's pov

I saw kory walking out of Damian's room so I was going to change my path but 

" Mr Grayson " she called out 

" me ? " I asked in surprise , what did I do wrong 

" yes , do you mind walking to the door " she asked sweetly 

" yes , why not " I said with smile

" Damian told me everything " she said as we walked , what did the demon say now 

" he told me what a good brother you are , and that he idolises you " she said 

" What !? , I mean yes of course , I'm a wonderful brother , better than the rest of them at least " I said still shocked at what Damian said 

" *giggles* I'm sorry for misunderstanding you , I hope you can forgive me " she said as we reached the door 

" no , no I can not " I said playfully

"well then how can I make it up to you " she asked 

" well how about coffee " I asked 

" that sounds just right " she said

" ok then tomorrow at 10 " I asked  

" yes " she said and left 

If only she would say yes for a marriage proposal , but we'll get there soon
