Madie's POV
"Madeleine Reigh!
"Yaya, it's still early and you're so noisy!" inis kong sabi.
Here we go...
I also gave him a kiss on his cheek before sitting down.
Im playing the good girl act, please work *fingers crossed*
All eyes are on me, titig na titig sila sakin habang nakain.
"So," panimula ni dad.
I sighed, "I just hangout with my friends dad, and I was home before 8pm."
"But you know your curfew, you must be home before 6pm, remember? We already talked about this."
"I know Dad, but I'm not a kid anymore. I'm already turning 20." pagpapalusot ko.
"Honey focus on the word 'turning', you're not yet 20 and for us you're still a minor." sumingit na din si mommy, syempre di papatalo ang abogado.
"Mom, Dad, can't I have fun? C'mon, life is too short to be boring."
"We are letting you to have fun, responsibly. But what you're doing is too much, don't rush things, anak." pagpapaintindi sakin ni mommy.
Too much? I'm just having fun. I'm just partying, drinking, playing, and I don't see anything wrong with that.
Only the fact that I disturbed almost the whole village because of our party speakers is what I find wrong.
Okay fine, maybe count the time where I almost burn the house because I forgot to check on the grill we used for my party. Kuya Bong, our driver, was able to extinguish the fire, so there's no big deal.
Right? Oh gosh, I'm doomed.
"And that's why I have decided to cut all of your privileges until you learn your lesson. No credit and debit cards, no special treatments, and I will lessen the amount of your allowance." pagdedesisyon ni Dad.
"Dad? Now that is too much." paano nalang ako? How will I survive? Oh no, please no.
"Hon, I think that's too much. That will just pressure her to learn her lesson quickly just to get those privileges back. I have a better idea,"
Oh yes, "Thanks, mommy." I gave her a smile. Finally, a lawyer fights for her daughter.
"I think it's better if we'll let Madie have her vacation at Mom's place." my smile faded, nilingon ko si Mom dahil sa sinabi niya.
