I dropped his smoothie. I didn't even help him. What a shame!

When I was sitting alone at the cafe table. I saw him at the table beside me. He was alone too.
"Are you waiting for someone?" I asked him and he looked at me.
"No," he answered.
"Oh. OK. Did you mind that I dropped your smoothie?" I said. I could see he didn't bring his smoothie again so I asked that If he did mind.
"No. No! I didn't mind," he said.
"OK," I said and left for that time. And after a few moments later I came with a smoothie like mine. "Here u go!" I said and gave him.
"Ahha!! Who told you to buy this? I can buy mine you know.." he said.
"OK. But take this." I said.
"No. You drink this."
"Take this," I said and he at last took the smoothie...
