Parents, the people you cherish and love but hate at times. I love my family with all my heart but sometimes I can't endure them. I fake a smile and pretend it's all right, but I know that deep down I hurt, their words sting like knives in my back. I know their joking but they never think about how much their words pierce in the worst way possible.
I was born on September 14, 200x, I have always been a smart kid analyzing any situation in a very understandable way I've been able to discuss politics with the adults in my house.
Everyone thinks my intelligence is a blessing from god but I view it as a curse. Because I'm so smart the pressure on my shoulders are agonizing, it's me against the world. I was born with to 2 loving parents, 5 cherishing sisters, and the best brother I could ever ask for.
Life was "perfect" not until I was hit by a truck called reality. Slowly my life started crumbling, there was a party everyone was there the people from the church, my cousins, my neighbors, you name it. Everything was fine until my 3 oldest sister started chasing one of my older cousins and from there everything went down hill.
The memories are murky but she chased him into the road and a dodge sped right into her she hit the hood 3 times, the top 4times and the trunk 2 times. My aunty made the kids go inside so assumed it was a gruesome sight. A bit after that accident my mother fell even more ill with breast cancer. She died in July, I was coming from summer camp when I got the news, I went straight to my room and changed my clothes I sat there on the bed still taking in all the news. At funeral I didn't cry, I was keeping everything inside. I tended to be quiet and lost in my thoughts with noway to express them. I was 5 when she left the world, 5 when god decided to take her from me.
