Not all of the quirks that I'm listing have been used in the story yet, but he does have them.

kagami can copy the quirk of any one as long as they have type O blood. The copied quirk takes awhile for manifest but he shortened the time to be instant. Some quirks can be manifested in a different way than the original to better suit the user. Once copied the user doesn't need any prerequisite that the original needed.

The user can release a huge amount of power. One for all also gives all his other quirks a massive boost. Once kagami activates it a black aura envelops him. The power can be transferred through dna, but why the hell would he do that?
