Iris and Alex had left Aurora with the potters because they had to go do auror business.
Aurora and Harry were playing when lily and james ran in looking scared . After they came in, Voldemort came in with a black cloak on .Voldemort would have to kill Lily and James at once so he isn't leaving himself open for the other to attack. He then tried to kill all 4 of them at the same time but it backfired leaving him to be barely a living thing.
The house was blown to pieces when Hagrid and Sirius got there and Sirius had to leave to 'take care of some business' as he put it. The potters and Aurora were rushed to St. Mungo's, fearful for their life. When Hagrid got to St. Mungo's almost every healer came surrounding a passed out,but alive James and Lily and a crying Harry and Aurora.
After hearing the news Iris and Alex rushed to St. Mungo's to make sure that the kids and their best friends were ok. Remus and James' parents got the news after iris and Alex owled them.
Harry and Aurora got out with just a small scar. After that day Harry and Aurora were known as the boy and girl who lived.
Sirius' POV
As i'm on my way to check on Peter, I could feel that something was off. When I get there and knock, no one answers. I then unlocked the door with my wand to find no one there and i didnt look like Peter struggled being captured.
As i'm looking for Peter in his house it all clicked, Peter was helping voldemort.
*flashback*
One week ago at the ministry of magic
"REMUS BEHIND YOU" sirius shouted as the marauders were fighting death eaters.
"Expelliarmus" remus yells disarming the death eater, the death eaters at this point are losing numbers. Before all the death eaters Apparate, Lucius Malfoy says " we might be seeing one of yall before you know it." " wait what-" and before he could finish lucius had apparated.
*flashback over*
Sirius POV
As i'm on my way out of Peter's house I remember thinking 'i'm about to kill the bitch.'
( a/n~ when i wrote this all i thought about was when demi saying "and i remember thinking, i'm about to beat this bitch up)
When I find Peter he's in the middle of a muggle
street looking scared and then he sees me. He screams " HOW COULD YOU JAMES AND LILY ALMOST DIED BECAUSE OF YOU." After he said that I had the urge to laugh, the ministry of magic got there right before Peter killed 12 muggles.
He tried to shift into a rat but before he could i hexed him.( a/n~ PERIOD PADFOOT) the ministry of magic then took him to Azkaban for the rest of his life,or as we thought.
