The boys had just come back from watching Paranormal Activity 4 and no one realized Liam was about to burst into tears at any moment. They went to their shared flat and Louis and Harry went to their bedroom, sure to gossip about something. Zayn, Liam and Niall were sitting on the couch in the dark living room, watching some mindless cartoons when Niall announced he was going to go to bed. They said good night before the Irish lad disappeared into his room. Liam had his head laid against Liam’s shoulder in a friendly manner. “Li, I’m going to loo, be back in a minute.” Liam reluctantly lifted his head. He was tired and was quite comfortable on the Pakistani boy’s shoulder. His eyelids were drooping and his mind as blank. He didn’t hear the toilet flush or the older man return until something was attacking him. He screamed, flailing his arms around to get whatever was on him, off. He hit something hard and an ow was heard. He froze. “God, Li, calm down.” Zayn said in the darkness. Liam blushed, not realizing that it was his band mate.
“Sorry Zayn.”
“It’s fine.” He sat down next to him, rubbing his temple. “I just wanted to scare you. I didn’t think you would be so scared.” Liam laughed uneasily. “You okay? Did the movie scare you?” Zayn asked calmly. Liam nodded meekly. “I didn’t know. I wouldn’t have scared you.”
“It’s okay.” He reassured him.
“As long as you’re okay.”
