Chapter 2-Job? WHAT?

Rebecca's Perspective

The second day of school is always worse than the first. I am so tired and HUNGRY. What do we have for lunch? Huh? I don't see anything.
Rebecca: "Dad...where is all the food?"
Why do I feel like I'm going to regret asking him?
Rebecca's father: "If you want to eat something you must work for it, OKAY? The next time you walk into this house, you better have some money, otherwise you won't be allowed to come here anymore.
Rebecca: "O-okay dad...I'm sorry, I will get a job."
Wait...a job? WHAT? How am I supposed to do that? I am only 17! Will I be able to keep up with school? My grades are bad as it seed. A job will just make everything worse! I can't let myself jump into conclusion. I better find a job and FAST! I think that a shop in the Shooting Starlight Mall is looking for an assistant...I will send an email...Maybe I could write about my achievements. But what achievements? I only have a B-cube channel with 105 subscribers. I bet a job like this requires social skills...
*3 days later*
Shiki: "Heyyy! Rebeccaaaa!! Is this your house? Nice garden!"
Did he have to see me like this?
Rebecca: "What are you doing here?"
Shiki: "I'm going to the Shooting Starlight Mall. Would you like to come?"
Rebecca: "With you? Someone who would go ALONE to a MALL? No thanks."
Now that I mention it...3 days have passed and no response? I don't get paid from my B-cube channel, so I really need the money. At least, thanks to Shiki, I will have an opportunity to speak with the manager in person.
Rebecca: "Wait!! I changed my mind!! I will take a shower and then we can go. Do you mind waiting for me here?"
I can't let my father see him...
Shiki: "Take your time."

No one's Perspective

Weisz bought flowers to give to Rebecca, but when he saw her coming out of her house and going out with Shiki he became extremely jealous. This feeling was new for him. So, he threw the flowers in a garbage bin and left.

Rebecca's Perspective

Rebecca: "Why are you going to the mall all by yourself?"
Shiki: "Haven't you heard? A new cafe is going to open tomorrow and they are looking for staff."
Rebecca: "So...You are looking for a job?"
Shiki: "Me? Hahaha, no. You told me yesterday that you were looking for a job, remember? You sounded very desperate, so I wanted to help."
Oh, he is right. I did say that.
Rebecca: "But, how did you know where I live?"
Shiki: "Your friend Homura is not good with keeping secrets, huh?"
Rebecca: "This would explain it."

Shiki's Perspective

*In the Shooting Starlight Mall*
This building is HUGE!
Rebecca: "This is the first time you come here right? Well, you did come here for me, so why don't I at least try to make things a little bit more fun and show you the mall?"
Shiki: "YESS!!"
*1 hour later*
Rebecca: "Okay, let's sit down for a little bit. I'm very tired."
Shiki: "Don't you want to go to that cafe I told you about?"
Rebecca: "Well, I already applied for a job 3 days ago and didn't get a response. Would you mind if we go there first?"
Shiki: "Your wish is my demand."
Also Shiki: *bows down*
Rebecca: "Stand up!!"

No one's Perspective

Rebecca went to talk with the manager in person, her name was Hermit Mio, but unfortunately she didn't get the job. Lucky for her, Shiki was there to cheer her up. After all, she had a small chance in getting the job that Shiki told her about.
Back to Weisz, he went home and he refused to go out with his friends, no matter how much they insisted.

Rebecca's Diary

I FOUND A JOB! From tomorrow, I will be working as a waitress! Shiki helped me A LOT!! Maybe I was wrong about him being a 5 year old...even though he did bow down to me in front of EVERYONE which was quite embarrassing.
