Just woke up tw anxiety

Ughh I sighed as tommy shifted to the noise oh Shi- he woke up oh sorry love , I tried to get up nooo tommy pleaded. Ok fine I gave in I'm off today anyway I laid back down in the sheets arms wrapped around me I snuggled into his chest so warm... I looked up and saw an empty bed I remembered the time I was home alone for 3 weeks at 13 no mom no dad no family no phone no school  no food and a slow developing abandonment issue
so I began to think hands sweating heavy breathing fast heart beat I hissed in pain as my chest hurt from the fast heart rate then felt a jolt of fear and my back hit the wood tommy ran in noticing my panic he helped me calmed my breathing with exercises holding my hand whispering sweet nothings till I was calm then he laid down arm around my waist  a/n sorry it's short
