Hi! This is my second translation, so I hope for your understanding. I will accept any criticism and corrections in the comments.

I kept one hand on the steering wheel and the other on the stick. I stared at the road stretching before me. It was springtime. The trees were taking on their full color and beginning to bloom. I could hear forest animals in the distance, but I had learned to ignore their sounds when I didn't need to. I left Springfield in beautiful Illinois and headed for Beacon Hills, California, where apparently very interesting things were happening.

But all in all, I'm not surprised. In the woods, near this town, is the Nemeton. A beacon for supernatural beings. It attracts them like light to a moth. Some can't resist its power and come to this town despite themselves. And me, I wanted to inspect, just the situation. I was supposed to do it a long time ago anyway, but my lazy ass, who liked it in Springfield, preferred to linger longer. Nevertheless, I finally had to get back to my duties. I passed the sign welcoming me to Beacon Hills.

I decided to stay at my family home, which was less conspicuous and more out of the way than the property I owned because of my position. My family home has been taken care of up until now by an older guy who lives next door. Since I moved away from there, I asked him to take care of it, not for free of course. I didn't want it to fall apart. It was and would be a part of my life. The property, on the other hand, was being taken care of by a werewolf. Specifically, an omega. He did what he was told in exchange for being part of my pack. He lived in the villa and took care of the two magical dogs, Sethe and Kahete. I required nothing more. He was a good man who became a werewolf not of his own free will.

I parked my car in the driveway. I turned off the engine and got out. I looked at the house. It was in good repair. I reached into my pocket for the front door keys. I opened it and slowly walked inside. I looked around. Nothing had changed. Except that the place was clean. Yeah, when I moved out I didn't leave the place in the best order. I sighed and turned around. I took four suitcases out of the trunk and carried them inside one by one. I set them down by the stairs. Then have to carry it upstairs. I'm strong, but I hate moving all my clothes. Unfortunately, I didn't have any clothes in this house. I didn't smile to go shopping once again, because I know I would spend several thousand dollars walking around just one mall again.

"Good morning, Mr. Westgern," I said when I saw my neighbor coming into his yard.

He must have just come back from somewhere because he had several bags with something in them.

"Lauren? Did you come back?" The man asked surprised. "Are you okay?

Why would anything happen? Oh, okay... Mr. Westgern was peculiar, if you could call him that. He always knew everything when I asked him something. Even absurd things that an ordinary person wouldn't know. That's how I found out he was from a family that could read minds. But he, for some reason, didn't develop more power. He just knew more and usually acted on his gut feeling. It never deceived him, so he lived his life that way until now.

"Yes, everything is fine. I'm moving here for school," I replied. "Besides, I have to sort out a few things in town.

My neighbor, being one of many, kept me informed of everything that was going on in Beacon Hills. I mean these supernatural phenomena. I had been getting, not just from him, disturbing information for several days, so my four letters carried me out of my previous residence. It was Tuesday today, so in addition to unpacking, I had a visit to school with some paperwork. I didn't actually have to go to it, as I had graduated some time ago, but it was the only way I could get close to a larger group of supernatural people, including the real Alpha, Scott McCall. Thanks to being who I was, I aged a little slower than others. I was twenty years old, but I looked about seventeen, eighteen, but I maintain that I'm eighteen, or I wouldn't have gotten anything done. I should be able to get in between the students at school without any problem.
