Jimin left up the stairs and I went after him. I did not ask if he was still going to bring me to the campfire, For he seemed unsettled.
I left as the very last person up the stairs and to my door. Everyone stood outside their door as I walked down the hall, so I found my familiar door and did as everyone else was doing. I couldn't help but feel like all eyes were on me, and when I looked up people stared at me and whispered to their neighbors.
Soon enough nurses started to walk down the hall, patting people down. As if it was routine, I wish the nurse who I first met told me more about how everything worked. I started to regret not being as talkative and inquisitive when I first arrived here.
I decided to ask the girl next to me, "What's happening?" I asked the girl next to me. "It is routine check after a meal." She said quickly without looking at me. I know talking isn't forbidden because everyone is talking to the people next to them.
I started to wonder if I did something wrong.
I see Gertrude further down the hall, she was looking right at me.
"What will happen after this." I push further so I can understand the ropes of the institution. The girl looks at me "Stop talking to me before you get me killed."
Now I wasn't sure, if she was crazy or if people just didn't like me for some reason.
.
.
Soon it was my turn to get patted down, maybe I could just ask the nurses. "Excuse me." I tell the nurse who is patting me down. "I am new here, I just want to know what is going to happen after this?" The nurse continues to pat me down and looks at me.
"Showers, then bed." She said sternly as she moves on to the next person. I nodded, I don't know the plans Jimin has but I am sure it will be by bedtime. I had this deep resonating feeling that I knew he would never leave me.
Just a little while later, the nurses called for everyone to enter their room and shower. I entered my room and nodded to the girl next to me who entered her room without a glance at me.
The shower was cold, I had a feeling it would always be like that. It turned off after a while and you would have to turn it back on when you were done. The nurses came back in one by one to lock the shampoo and soap away in a cabinet. I put on the pajama like hospital clothes and lay in bed.
Waiting..
and waiting...
and waiting for what seemed like forever, until I heard a knock at my door. I smiled knowing it had to be him, it had to be Jimin.
I swung open the door which didn't seem to be locked anymore. There he was, he stood in front of me and I still couldn't comprehend it. In these few hours I knew him he happened to be the only one who has shown me genuine care.
"Nice to see you again Ophelia." he smirked with his smile that just made you smile. It could daze anyone.
"Are you ready to do something dangerous?" He inquired and I nodded, I would do anything you asked.
He gave me my hand to hold onto, and I grabbed it tightly as he pulled me into the halls. He put a finger to his lip as we ran down the halls as quick as we could. Running to the elevator where Taehyung stood next to Jungkook. Jungkook looking more nervous than Taehyung.
Taehyung had a look of excitement on his face as if he knew something bad was going to happen, and he wanted to be there to enjoy it. When we got to the elevator Taehyung spoke up, "You think Yoongi will make it?"
Jimin shrugged, "God knows what they have him tied to this time." That got a laugh from Taehyung as the elevator opened and we all stepped inside. "Were gonna be late." Jungkook said as he tapped his foot and leaned against the wall.
"You know how hard it is to get up, its harder to get up than it is down." I look at Jimin "Is that why you don't get the girls yourself?" Jimin smiled and nodded, "Precisely."
