Chapter one: the forgotten past and the hidden truth

Tohur/Mai p.o.v

'Hi I'm Mai Taniyama or as everyone else called me tohur Honda, as of now I'm currently living with three people that are cursed by the Chinese zodiac! 

Kyo- the forgotten cat

Yuki- the rat

 Shigure- the dog

And the other somas. They don't know mine real name except the people that help me get away from the past but they all died except mine grandpa but he is currently on death bed and this is why Kyo and Yuki came with me to hear his final prayers. But you probably want to know why I change mine name well I will tell you later but for now let's see what mine grampa wanted
to say. I wonder how are they its been two years since I seen then maybe I can find them in the phone book and call them and say hi.'

"Kyo, Yuki thank you for coming with me." I said trying not to cry. " it's no problem miss.Honda we will always be there for you." " yah same thing the rat said but if you need time come ask me or the rat for help besides there aren't any secrets that we don't know about each other!" Kyo said  with a sad but happy face. " um right no secrets between us right." I said with an uncertain voice." Miss.Honda is there something we don't know that your scared to say?" Yuki ask with a worried face on. " Huh your hiding something is it bad? Did someone hurt you in your past you won't tell us? Did you get in trouble in the past I want to know?!"Kyo said with a mad/sad and worried face." Yes, no, yes and yes it's hard to tell but I don't want to do this right now can we talk about it later?" I ask with a sad voice. They both nodded and we all went in the room where mine' grandpa' was at. "Tohru I'm glad you came also your two friends to come along." He said with a smile on his face. " yah I'm glad to how you felling grandpa?" I ask a little sad." Tohur I'm fine don't worry 'cough' Tohur I'm not going to live for long and you be alone again. Promise me something tohur." He said with a sad but serious face. I nodded " yah I promise what is grandpa?" I ask him trying hold in mine tears in." Tell someone about you past not the one with you but when I found you I want you to be happy like when I first saw you in a my home with you mother and I gave you your new name I I want you to be happy." He said then died." Grandpa? grandpa? No! Please don't die! Don't die!" I kept on saying whale yuki and Kyo try to calm me down.

'Hour later back at the house after the funeral two days after'
Next day
Mai/tohur p.o.v

I finally left the house after the funeral for grandpa and now I'm sitting at the table thinking what to get at the store" hey tohur you there?" Kyo ask. " Hun? Oh Kyo! Sorry I was just thinking anyways you need something or do you want something from the store?" I Ask him then yuki came in with Shigure." No I don't need anything and I was just wondering if you doing ok?" He ask in an sad voice." Miss.Honda can I come with you shopping I haven't left the house I Awhile." Yuki ask I nodded in a response to come." I'm fine and we will be back." I said at the door." be careful!" Shigure yelled.

At the store

" so miss.Honda I'm going to get some snacks for me and the dam cat ok be right back." Yuki said" ok!" He nodded and left to the candy area. 'Huh I never thought that yuki is getting something for Kyo' I thought not even realizing that I bump into someone." Oh I'm sorry! I wasn't looking! I'm so very sorry!" I said trying to help him up." Mai?" Huh? I took a closer look at him the it hit me." Naru!" I said then he pulled me into a hug." Mai I'm been so worried about you everyone try to find you for two years where have you been!" He said in a worried/angry voice." Um Naru please let go of me we're making a commotion." I said with mine face getting hot. He grasped mine hand and drag me away where yuki came back as I got drag away. 'oh no'

Yuki p.o.v

' I hope miss.Honda is okay I mean she always happy but for the last two-three days she was so sad I never saw her like that before not even when Kyo turn into his true form and I'm going to ask her on the way home what did her grandfather meant by I wish you to be happy again.' I came out of the candy section when I saw miss.Honda getting hugged bye some guy that I never
seen before." Mai where have you been I been worry and everyone been looking for you for two years now!" The guy said holding miss.Honda by the shoulders' dude get off of her and leave miss.Honda alone!' I wanted to say that but then miss Honda said" um Naru please let go of me we're making a commotion." She said with fear and shock in her voice. I was going to gripped
her and take her home when the guy miss.Honda called 'Naru' drag her and she saw me and mouthed ' go home yuki I will explain later ok don't worry' and left with him I got all the stuff we needed for dinner and ran home waiting for miss.Honda

At the house

" hey! Dam rat where is tohur!" Kyo yells as I put the stuff away." Some guy took her and she told me to wait for her explain at the house and don't worried and here is your candy cat." I said with my voice stern." Oh so our flower is hiding something this is new." The dog said. " yah I never thought that tohur the person that can hid something." The cat said" I know what you mean but let's wait u till miss.Honda tells us what's going on before we excuse her of something she problem didn't do." I said and they nodded and sat at the table waiting for miss Honda.

The park
Mai/ tohur p.o.v

" naru! What the heck! I thought you didn't care for me also why are you back I thought you went back to England!" I said to him mad." Well I thought that you said we were making a seance so I brought you to this park and I do care for and I came back because I felt bad for what I said to you and when I came back no one saw you for a year and I tried to find you buy looking you up but nothing came up. And why did nothing came up mai?" He ask with a mad voice and a worried face." Well that's for you to find out and me to know now I have to get back I need to make dinner and tomorrow is Monday so I need to go to school ok so the only way you can talk to me or even get close to me is though the school got it bye the way welcome back now bye naru." I said/yelled I got out of his grip gave him a hugged and ran but before I left the park lin stop me and pick me up and sat me on the bench." Hi lin and please let me go." " please tell me why I couldn't find you." He said with a worried face and voice " ok I will only tell you but know one else till they figure it out " he nodded and lean in and I said" I change mine name to tohur Honda and I need to go sorry but bye." He was shock after I gave him a hugged and ran " I'm sorry I can't stay bye Naru Lin! Tell everyone else hi and see you soon!" I yelled to then and ran to the house ' man I got some stuff to tell them.' I thought as I see the house in mine sight.

The house

" hey guys I'm home!" I Yelled the got a hit or hugged from all of then then puff they transform.
(After dinner and expansion sorry lazy)
" so that what been going on" I said with a tired but scared face but what's gave me a jump of what they said" it's okay they won't hurt you no more!" " thank you so much guys" I said crying up." It's no problem besides I get why you were scared to tell us it kinda like the cursed we can't
tell no one in less we can fully trust them like you but the opposite like you have the curse and you trust us and told us even know it can bring up bad memory's." They said with a smile
on there face." Yah anyways lets go to bed we have school tomorrow and I don't want to be late." I said going up to each one  of there giving each a kissed on the cheek and left to go in mine bedroom" good night!" They yelled I giggle how they are voices. 'I hope tomorrow is going to be ok' I said falling asleep.
