[ Third Person POV ]

The day was so peaceful. The fresh breeze, the heat from the sun was not so intense, it was just so perfect.

Though it all changed when she saw him, it was as if a thunder suddenly striked down and the cloud turned grey.

She was about to walk away lowkey wishing that he didn't see her but as always, she was not a lucky person these days and she could heard him calling for her.

She was in dilemma, to talk or to ignore...

Though she doesn't really have any choice as Taehyung was already 1 metre away from her and it's too late for her to ran away.

' Why can't you make up your mind so quickly, Haeun?! ' She mentally scolded herself.

" What do you want, you freak? " Haeun sighed.

" I'm the freak now? That's not how you treat your boyfriend, Kim Haeun," He chuckled bitterly.

" What? Since when- "

" This is you, right? My girlfriend," He smirked as if he was mocking her when he showed her the picture she posted yesterday.

Haeun rolled her eyes.

" I already told you that I just need to manipulate people into thinking that I'm in a relationship. Not else, I didn't mean to drag you into this," She sighed and walked away but Taehyung stopped her by holding her arm.

" If you want to manipulate people, do it right. Just by posting a picture with a caption like that are not strong enough, you know," He raised one of his eyebrows.

" What are you trying to say, Kim Taehyung? " She crossed her arms.

" Be mine," He stated. " A fake one..of course," He added.

" What made you agree to help me? Yesterday, you wouldn't even budge," She eyed him.

" It's up to you, I was just trying to help you but if you want to turn down the offer then okay," He shrugged his shoulders.

" F-fine! It's a deal," She looked away.

As it was time for Chemistry class, Haeun cursed under her breath as she remembered that Taehyung is in the same class as her.

She noticed that Taehyung was sitting on a chair beside where she usually sat.

" You usually sat on the back, what happened now? " She raised one of her eyebrows.

" Isn't that how a couple should act? " He mirrored her reaction.

" Just don't disturb me while I study," Haeun gritted her teeth.

" Smile, sweetheart. You wouldn't want people to find out," He smirked.

" Alright! " She smiled.

" Nevermind, I take back my what I said, you looked like a clown when you smile," He looked to the front.

Since Haeun couldn't get mad at him infront of everyone, instead of yelling like a tiger, she laughed fakely while patting him on his shoulder hardly.

' You're lucky that I can't yell at you, right now ' She mentally rolled her eyes.

As soon as the class ended, she stomped on her way out of the lab.

" What? Are you sulking like a little kid right now? " He chuckled.

" I'm not," She denied.

" Kim Haeun, Kim Taehyung, good thing both of you guys are still here," Mr. Lee sighed in relief. " Since tomorrow is your semester break, can you help me buy these things for the teachers? " He handed us a list if things to buy.

They don't really have any other choice but to accept it anyway.

-

" I can't believe this," Haeun sighed as she was currently pushing a trolley with Taehyung besides her checking the list.

" Can't believe what? That we're on a date? Don't worry, it is the reality," He nodded and walked ahead.

By looking at the list, both of them could tell that the teachers are having a party as they were asked to buy some wine, banner, confetti and many more party related things.

The shop was packed with people, Haeun gulped as she started to feel paranoid. In her mind, being in a place where there's alot of people has a high chance of bumping into him.

Soon after they paid everything, they put it in Taehyung's car. He told her that he wanted to eat as he was starving so Haeun agreed.

They ate at the food court and Haeun was relieved as she didn't see any sign of him.

Though she spoke too soon. Her gaze met a guy that she knew so well, the way he dressed up in that leather jacket, the way he stood and leaned at the wall, the way his hair was styled, she knew...she knew it so well. It is him, Hwang In-Yeop.

" Fudge," Haeun muttered. " Can we go out of here, please! "

" Why? What's with the rush? " He asked as he sipped on his Chocolate Milk.

" I promise to tell you if you agree to go now," She begged.

" Alright alright,"

As soon as he said that, Haeun dragged him with her highest speed and went to his car.

" Okay, what's wrong? "

" He's here," She trembled.

" Who? "

" Someone," She looked down.

" That's not helping. You said that you promised to tell me," He whined.

" Did you just whine? Wah, that's a rare sight coming from a cold person,"

" I don't care, now tell me, how did you even sure that it was that person? "

" He...I knew him so well. The way he stood, the way he leaned on the wall, the way he dressed up, the way he styled his hair. I knew it was him," She described in full of hatred.

" From the way you talked, looks like you really hate him," Taehyung commented.

" I don't just hate him..I loathe him," She gritted her teeth.

" So, is he the reason why you needed my help? "

" Yeah," She sighed.

" You loathe him so why didn't you just manage him by yourself? " He tilted his head.

" Because...I don't know what he's capable of," She looked down.

" Tell me about it, Haeun," He looked at her as she drowned in his eyes that held so many emotions and unreadable words.
