GAEGE POV:

I take out my phone and head to my contacts and call my dad

D-dad G-Gaege

D: hey Gaege whats up buddy!

G: hey dad me, y/n, and Veronica are coming down to Colorado for the weekend.

D: really?! 

G: yeah, also I wanna say goodbye to mom

D: ok, Ill help you pay for the plane tickets

G: no! Ill pay for the tickets you save your money to make moms funeral special 

D: ok son if you need anything let me know ok?

G: ok dad, see ya bye

D: bye bud

I smile down at my phone then I hear a knock, its y/n "how are you holding up? I just finished packing me and V's bags want me to pack your bag?" she says walking up to me wrapping her arms around my neck. "wow how did I get this lucky to have you in my life?" I say smiling down at y/n "hmmm ask my brother he's the one who introduced you to me" she says smiling and kissing me "I love you Mrs. Gibson" I say chuckling and smiling down at her "well Mr. Gibson I love you to" y/n chuckles "so im assuming that's a yes?" y/n says to me "ill do it myself thank you though" I reply with a smile "ok, if you need me ill be with Veronica" y/n says walking out of our room and shutting the door "ok!" I reply and buy the tickets.

*done buying the tickets*

I sigh and close my laptop "finally I can pack" I mumble, Mully walks in with out knocking "got a second mate?" Mully says hesitantly "fine. make it quick." I say sternly pulling out my suitcase starting to pack "where ya goin?" Mully asks sitting on my bed "Colorado to see my dad, my mom recently passed away so im going with y/n and Veronica to check up on him" I reply giving Mully a shady look. "thats sucks im sorry for your loss bro" Mully says "thanks, and what did you come in here for?" I mumble to him "I came in here to apologize, I shouldn't have done that, Look ill drive you to the airport to make it up to you" Mully says a sorry voice "thanks bro, but that still doesnt change the fact that you exposed where we live and our numbers, also on the topic of that I haven't got one call yet...." I say still packing, before Mully could speak I got a call from a unknown number "I guess I jinxed myself" I say picking up the phone 

??: hey babe miss me?

G: who the hell are you?!

??: dont act like an idiot, its Elizabeth 

G: Elizabeth what the hell do you want?!

E: Im gonna be in florida and I was thinking we could hang out?

G: hell no! im not gonna go hang out with a pshycopath!

E: aww baby whyyyy?!

G: first of all you crazy bitch I have a wife so dont 'baby' me and second of all im not gonna be in town.

E: wife?!

G: yes you heard me bitch I have a wife and a daughter so fuck off.

E: Gaegey! why would you cheat on me?! and have a kid with some rando?

G: ok this is where you draw the line. my wife is not some rando if anyone is the rando its you. and second I dont regret any of it. I dont regret breaking up with you, I dont regret getting married, and I dont regret having a child with the woman I love, which by the way is NOT you.

E: wow Gaege so defensive.

G: bye you pshyco bitch.

 I hang up and block Elizabeths number and sigh in annoyance 

Y/N POV:

I walk up the stairs to check on Gaege and then I hear him say "I dont regret any of it. I dont regret breaking up with you, I dont regret getting married, and I dont regret having a child with the woman I love which by the way is NOT you." I have the biggest smile on my face after I hear those words escape his mouth. "bye you pshyco bitch." Is the next and last thing I hear him say before I hear him sigh. I open the door and wrap my arms around his neck "do you mean what you just said" I ask him. He has a look of confusion then realizes what I meant and then says "of course I mean it, I love you so much and I wouldnt accept a million dollars to leave you" He says hugging me "also who was on the phone?" I ask Gaege "my pshyco ex got my number and im pretty sure I know where she got it." he replies with a sigh, I nod my head and ask if he is done packing. "yea" he replies with a sigh "you ok babe? whats wrong" I say tilting my head with concern. "mhm I just- cant believe my mom is gone" he says whimpering. I caress his cheek and notice his lip quiver, "babe dont cry, I know how it feels to lose someone you love" I say pulling him in for a hug and tear up feeling bad for him. 

"lets get some sleep before we leave tomorrow ok?" I say pulling away from the hug and tugging his arm walking towards the bed, Gaege hops into bed and pulls the cover over us and says "I love you" "I love you too" I say cuddling him. I close my eyes and slowly drift off.
