Y/N's POV:
It's been about three months since Miku, me, and Rin got into that fight after me and Miku's date, and I had gotten used to stalking and killing. I was pretty much on Miku's level when it came to skill. "Y/N, would you mind meeting me in my office?" Luka says to me, I get up and follow her to her office to see what she needs. "I have a mission for you, we need information on this person," Luka pulls out a picture of a girl with brown hair and brown eyes, who looks to be about in her 30's. "She seems to have ties with somebody who we are keeping an eye on, so I need you to find more out about her." I nod my head and Ms.Megurine gives me an address. "Now, go to that address, she should be there." "Yes ma'am" I say as I walk out of the office.
1 hour later
I have been watching this woman for awhile now, nothing seems too suspicious. *ring ring* The woman's phone rings and she gets on a call with somebody, I listen closely for anything suspicious. "*sigh* Yes? Yeah I was on my way there, I'm actually right outside her door. Mhm, I know, she seems a bit odd, but I think I know how to get her under control. Yeah. Alright, bye." The woman hangs up with a rather gloomy expression on her face, I follow her toward the room where apparently she's keeping somebody. "Hello?" The woman says. "What is it now?" I hear a familiar voice say from the room. "So, how are you doing?" "Horrible." "Dear, you wouldn't be if you just stopped being so stubborn." "I'll never let you break me..." "Break you? Darling, I- no we, want none of that!" "Liar." "Listen-" I listen closely until... "Hello? Who are you?" The girl says, even though she has a blindfold, it seems she still can detect... Me?! "W-what?! Why are you here?!" The woman turns around and grabs a gun from her pocket, panicking I jump to the ground and run straight toward her. "Die! You heard too much to live!" The woman starts yelling at me as I swiftly dodge her bullets. She then reaches back and let's the girl go, I then stop to see the girl with blank eyes running toward me. "I'm sorry." She says emotionlessly as she swipes at me with a knife. The woman had already fled leaving me and the other girl to fight. "Who are you?! You look familiar!" I say as she continuously swipes at me. "Not even I can answer that question, but you also seem familiar..." She suddenly stops and looks straight into my eyes, I stare right back and try to think about who this girl is. "Y-Y/N...?" She mutters slowly, I look at her surprised because she knows my name. "How did you...?" "Leave." She says coldly, yet sadly. "What...?" I say, I start to slowly remember who she might be, but then she violently pushes me out of the warehouse, causing me to lose my focus. I get up and bang on the door, but the mysterious girl doesn't open the door. I leave, defeated.
????'s POV:
How, how after all these years did she find me? I'm happy but she should've found me sooner, I could have been saved! Now I'm stuck as a tool for these idiots and Y/N hates me. But the look in her eyes, and how the fierce look turned to sadness when she started looking at me closer, it means she realized it was me and is sad that I'm now some monster. I can't believe how much Y/N changed, she is now such a proud woman and strong, not to mention she's now a full-fledged assassin. I miss her so much now that I think about it, but every since that dumb, greedy, and psychotic blueberry man kidnapped me I've been so lost that I forgot how much Y/N meant to me as a friend. But I shouldn't get my hopes up, I'm a monster and a tool that's only good for killing and nothing else. Y/N would be disgusted by me now.,
Miku's POV:
"I'm sorry ma'am, I failed the mission..." I went to go find Y/N, and ended up seeing her in Ms.Megurine's office, so I decided to eavesdrop on them. "Mhm, excuses excuses, that's all I can hear right now. Miss L/N, I would appreciate you telling me why you failed without telling me how you felt and just telling me what happened." Boss sounds like she's mad, I guess Y/N failed a mission, must be a pretty important one. " Y-yes ma'am. This is how it went," I heard everything Y/N had said, Ms.Megurine seemed to look a bit satisfied at Y/N's story, and just shooed her off without punishment. But I never suspected to hear that we are tracking somebody and that somebody has a brain-washed girl who is practically a killing machine, why did they never tell me this?! Not to mention Y/N is lucky she got out alive, apparently the girl she encountered had recognized Y/N and let her go unharmed. "Hey Miku~" I hear a high pitched voice say from behind me "KYA- oh it's just you Rin..." I say with embarrassment. Rin starts laughing hysterically. " MIKU YOU TOTALLY GOT SCARED BY THAT, HAHA, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, YOU LET YOUR GUARD DOWN ENOUGH FOR ME TO SCARE YOU!" Rin keeps laughing. "L-look, maybe my guard was d-down dummy, b-but that doesn't mean a-anything! B-baka!" "Wow Miku, even the little 'b-baka' at the end of your sentence makes you an obvious Tsundere." "S-shut up!" Rin keeps teasing me until we both see Y/N going to her car outside the window, she looks sad, and I suddenly feel very melancholic. "I-is she okay?" I ask with concern, Rin looks at me with a sad look and we both decided to go out to talk to Y/N.
