The Pevinsies and the Harringtons were always close. they grew up next door to each other and it was only right for their children to uphold their tradition. merlin was Edmunds best friend. not only because of their families friendship but because the actually get along. Edmund didn't like many people but she was fairly tolerable. To him anyway. she was the only person that could make him see sense when it came to his rants about a certain sibling *cough cough peter* Merlin was very liked by all of the pevinsies for many reasons, she was very intelligent , kind , caring , sarcastic , brave, and a lot more. she was basically apart of the family!
