"god i'm tired." you sigh as you propped down next to your friend, sasha, who was enjoying a snack. "sasha, it's seven in the morning... can't you wait for lunch?"

"no? nothing is more important than my morning snack." sasha replied as she took another bite out of her chips. a very nutrition choice for a morning snack...

the first period bell rang, students rushed into the small cramped classroom. the racket of students caused you to get a small headache already, 'another boring day.'

"say y/n... you got any food?" you turned and gave her a deadpan look. "does it look like i got any?"

"yes." her gaze peered over to your school bag.

"good grief.." you sigh. "sash..."

"cmon please? i haven't had anything to eat for the past 37 hours and i might pass out..." she blinked, she was being dead serious. although clearly she lied seeing all the empty snack bags.

"stop being a dramatic, you won't die." you whispered sarcastically as you took out your textbook from under your desk.

shortly after the history teacher walked in and the classroom became absurdly quiet.

you huffed, resting your chin on your palm. 'i swear, i'm reliving the same day over and over. nothing interesting ever happens..'

everyday was the same; wake up, go to school, eat/hang with sasha for a bit, go home, sleep, repeat. not that you were complaining, it was just old news at this point. sasha is your one and only friend, she's quite a handful but you love her nonetheless.

sometimes whenever you went to the library, sasha would leave you to hang out with her other friends, and that was perfectly okay with you. she often persisted you to tag along and meet her lifelong friends, but you'd always decline. sasha is the only friend you need.

and it's not like you're good with people anyway.

you glanced over to the window to your left and peered down at the open field. the sun was over the horizon, beaming brightly. the trees nearby gracefully danced back and forth. it was a start to a beautiful day.

the lights flickered from above you, the classroom seemed dwell and colorless. the room was full of humans yet it seemed so lifeless. everyone was in their own world as they made little to no effort on the subject in front of them.

the history teacher went on and on about something you couldn't even make sense of. you sketched on your desk, bored out of your mind.
