Saira still holding a tight grip on her necklace watched as the world around her began to twist and warp everything becoming a twisted mess soon enough it had started to fall apart the ground had begun to fall under her leaving nothing but a black endless abyss deciding to not end up like the fountain that had collapsed into the black pit she turned around and began to run for it watching the ground under her to make sure that there was still a least something to be stepping on in this strange place that she had been sent to.

Saira didn't have the time to stop and think about if Master Ava and Ephemer were still alright with each step there was more falling right behind her making a left turn while going up the stairs to the north led her into the 2nd District stopping to take a breather she could only watch as a row of houses had started to sink into the fast collapsing ground realizing it started to become even closer she took off into another run While she ran the sound of the Clock Tower giving off its chime filled the empty air it was a sad chime like it was on its very last tick ..soon after it had tripped and fallen over smashing into the ground and soon fell out of sight making the young princess gain upon her speed.

Saira gasped tumbling over her feet near the edge of a large gap in the path leading to the market looking around for another chance of getting to the other side seemed very slim until she spotted a boardwalk deciding to take the risk of falling into the endless black abyss she got up and started to climb onto what had to be remains of the warehouse the thought that she was already dead had slipped her mind or maybe it was not knowing how long that darkness would last for her if she did fall into that abyss that kept her moving while everything behind her continued to disappear inside of it. Suddenly the next window pane that her foot was meaning to land on had broken under her and sent her falling with a scream back into the inky black darkness abyss all she could feel was fear like back from when she was little and scared of the night outside of her bedroom window back then the only thing that made her less scared was the shooting star she saw and had made a wish that night to be given her own special friend to always keep the darkness away from her.

Saira blinked once she had felt arms holding her close to a firm chest and slowly realized that someone had caught her during her fall without thinking how or asking why she tightened her hold onto the person gripping at the shirt they wore,

she tucked her face into the firm chest and felt the wind brush past them both the faint sound of flapping of wings filled her ears.

After flying over the remains of the small town the sight of Waterfront Park greeted the person who held the girl in their arms close making a sharp right turn and heading to the ground had clearly meant that the person had deemed it a safe enough place to land on the sound of wings fluttering to slow down there landing had them softly sitting on the dock, Once back on solid ground the person slowly stepped back leaving Saira alone to look around then back at her saving grace with a shocked gasp as tears slipped down her face.

There standing in front of her was Joshua is a lanky, fair-skinned teenager with unkempt ash-blond hair and lavender-colored eyes. He still wearing a light grey button-down shirt, with a fairly exposed neck and collar. and the same dark grey pants and plain white shoes with black laces. and In a glimpse of his true nature, Joshua can manifest shining white, ethereal wings on his back that is what leads to Saira believing all those years ago that the stars gave her a guardian angel for making a wish on a shooting star.
