Ben paused in his tracks, "Y/n, you were here the whole ti-" You ran to hug him. "You have no idea how happy I am to see you. I didn't know if I would ever see you again."

Ben smiled he looked like he was about to cry but he didn't it was obvious that he was tougher than he had ever been. "When I realized that I didn't have a way to contact you again, I looked all over the airport for you, but you were already gone." Ben said before hugging you tighter.

"How did you end up here?" You let go of Ben to look him in the eyes.

"Well, my mom got me into the new camp, Camp Cretaceous, but when the Indominus Rex and the other dinosaurs got out, we were kind of left here." Ben explained.

"How did you you get stuck here?" He asked. "Oh, I guess it is my turn to explain. I was here on a field trip, but when the dinosaurs broke out, I didn't know how to get to the South Dock, and my classmates and teachers were gone."

"How come I haven't seen you around the island?" Ben asked.

"I haven't really left my tree house until now, since it's kind of dangerous."

"You won't be in danger while you're with me, I did defeat Toro a few days ago." Ben said before catching a small white bug on a leaf in his hand to eat it.

Ben lifted the bug to his mouth, but before he could eat it, you were done processing what he said. You out your hand on his, "You defeated the Carnotaurus?!"

He closed his mouth and dropped the bug, "Yes? I'm a lot stronger than I used to be. See? Leech. Bite." He said pointing at his shoulder at a painful looking leech bite.

"I um.. Have a first aid kit in my tree house, I could help you with that." You gestured over to his leech bite.

Ben didn't really want his leech bite to be covered up, but he wanted to visit your tree house and spend more time with you so he agreed.

You and Ben talked about everything that happened to you both the whole way to your tree house, and you had to admit that him falling of a moving monorail, being attacked Pteranodons and compies, plus defeating Toro was more exciting than just staying in the tree house.

You arrived at your tree house, and you both climbed up the ladder. "You can just sit on the couch, I'll grab the first aid kit." You said before going into the bathroom to get it.

You opened the first aid kit and cleaned the leech bite with rubbing alcohol, "I hope this doesn't hurt too much."

"No, I've had way worse."

You covered the leech bite with a large water proof band-aid. "There, good as new."

"Thanks, Y/n. I should probably head back to camp before my friends get worried." Ben said before standing up.

"There are other people on the island?" You were shocked because you don't remember Ben ever mentioning them.

"Yes, there are, you're welcome to come with me to meet them if you want."

"Yes, that would be great." You said without hesitation, you hadn't been around anyone for a long time, so it would be good to be around other people again.
