Dear Diary
You never loved me. You never even cared about me in the slightest, but now that you're dead I can't even bare feeling like I hate you. All of the hatred is pouring out of my heart and everything that I had ever known is gone. All of my love, my motivation, my grief....it all leads to you, my beloved. Why must you hurt me like this? Yet the poison that is emotions drives me right back to you. As if you are still here and you did care. And it's all because you're my muse who inspired me to build this country that we built it from this beautiful and mysterious forest.
My life has changed for the better and for the worst since you left. My parents denied to care and to let me move back in after kicking them out of my life to love you, they said that our love was unnatural and sickening. They said it wasn't right. I will never understand how you were able to handle all of it. I haven't any more time to write to you. I hope you continue to rest peacefully, ma chéri.
Best of wishes,
Adrian
Adrian finished up writing the letter to his deceased partner. He wiped the tear slowly falling down his cheek and rose from the canopy he was laying on. How he was wishing for how things used to be. He used to have easier days. He wanted his love to be by his side more than anything else. He left his tent for some fresh air, since his house was still being built, he had to sleep in a tent that he called his home. His old house had been destroyed during the war. The war to be able to keep his love and for others to be able to love. Adrian and his friends got sick of France's rules and regulations about human rights, so they gained enough men and women and separated themselves from the country. The sky was bright blue with white figures in the background.
He saw two women chatting amongst each other in the distance. One of the girls had flowy white hair that looked like it went on for miles in length. Her bright blue eyes shimmered like the sea which was in the distance. Her name was Clara. The other had shorter hair as dark as the night sky, her eyes were like mud. Zuri was her name, she had enough energy for the entire kingdom. He walked over to them and Zuri quickly scurried away, she was very upset at Adrian.
"It's going to take a while for her to get used to you again Adrian, we both know this." Clara explained. "You're completely right, I just wish that it was not blamed on me." The girl looked at him glaringly as if he had just offended her, "you are the king now. People are going to blame the loss of a loved one on you if it was under your order," she explained angrily then ran off to find Zuri. "Oh god I am so stupid." Adrian exclaimed walking to the construction sight that would soon be his home.
