Trip To Hawaii

Jessica's POV:

I woke up this morning to my alarm clock playing "Don't Stop' by 5sos. Today was the day that I, Jessica Henderson will be on my way to the tropical island of Hawaii.

I sluggishly jumped out of bed and greeted my dog Sadie at my door. I bumped into my annoying brother and almost tripped down my stairs. " Jarred watch the fuck where your going gosh I almost fell down the steps!" " sorry Jess it was an accident, didn't think it was that much of a deal" I rolled my eyes at him as I walked down the stairs. I greeted my family in the kitchen where they prepared pancakes and sausage. " Good Morning Princess!" My dad said to me " how was your sleep?"
" It was good dad, this breakfast looks good. Thank you" I finally sat down and dug in. I wasn't surprised at how good it was because my parents cooking is always the best.

Once I finished I walked back upstairs to my room so I could get into the shower. I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner since I didn't want it to stink on the plane ride. Once I got out of the shower I picked out my out fit which included of a white shirt, high waisted shorts, a red flannel, and some black boots. I think I looked pretty appropriate for a plane ride so I went ahead and blow dried my hair.

Once I finished all of that I finished packing my suitcase. My parents told me to come down and it was 2:45. Our flight was at 3:30 so we had to hurry. I checked one more time to see if I didn't forget anything and it looked like I didn't. I made my way down stairs and to our car so I could put my luggage in. Once we all were settled in we were on our way to the airport.

When we got there we passed through security and got our passports ready. I've had mine since I was 12 and now I'm 16 and it's never come into use until now. We decided to get some plane snacks just in case. I got chocolate, sour patch kids, Swedish fish, and skittles cuz ya know we all have those fat moments ; apparently this was mine.
Our flight number was called and we made our way through the terminal. It took a long time to walk to the plane but we eventually got to it. We found our seats and fortunately mine was a window seat so ayyyyee I get a great view. But the sad thing was that I had to sit next to this really stinky dude. BLEH!! I knew it was going to be a long plane ride so I decided to take a nap. I couldn't wait to get to Hawaii so I can swim and tan. I knew this trip is gonna be one I will most likely never forget.
