you crack your knuckles as you stare out to the field. you feel todoroki glance at you and so you look at him and tilt your head.
"wassup?"
"uh- should we come up with a plan?" you shrug
"eh im good at winging it- the amount of times ive not payed attention in class might actually pay off" he's about to say something but stops himself and just shakes his head. suddenly you both hear a loud sound from above you and todoroki instinctively shoots ice in the air.
"EEP- JEEZ KID COOL IT WITH THE ICE!" you hear rosali scream from the mic.
"oh. sorry." the sound happens again and rosali drops infront of you two, cutting the ice with her claws and making the square again. rosali sighs and says,
"ready set go" hearing go makes todoroki shoot himself up with the ice. you huff
"yeah just leave your partner here great plan..." you use the broken ice to shoot yourself up after him and find that he waited for you. you stand infront of him and look at him expectingly. "well? which direction do we go?"
he shrugs and you look around. you think for a second before making small tubes from broken ice and sticking them in the ground, pointing them in all different directions.
todoroki looks at you, slightly confused and you gesture to him, telling him to shoot ice into the tube. he follows in suit and you see a small flicker of yellow come from one of the tubes and point in the direction its aimed at. he nods and follows. he grunts.
