Murder Mansion

"ONE OF US"

Avery and Derek were trying to look for the others when they suddenly heard a noise coming from a nearby room. They stopped in their tracks and decided to follow the sound. They had thought that it was someone other than the six people in their group but it turned out to be John, who was eagerly going through the various kinds of stuff lying in the antique room. John was glad to see Avery and Derek, and they all apologized for suspecting one another. John was fascinated by the unique items in the mansion. He wanted to live there forever but he knew he couldn't because he would die of starvation and dehydration. Then the trio went to find the other members.

Meanwhile, Bill was searching Edward's office once again, to see if he had missed something- and he had. Upon second inspection, he found small scratch marks on his desk near the edge. Bill knew that only a sharp object could have left such marks. He figured that the murder weapon that to be a knife or a pointy wooden handle. He made a note to himself to check if any one of the other members carried a similar object with them.

Mrs Fiona was enjoying herself on the rooftop. It felt pretty refreshing after being stuck in a closed mansion with a dead body and a murderer. Hailey had also managed her way to the rooftop and met Mrs Fiona.

Hailey wanted to escape the place quickly and showed the floorplans to Mrs Fiona. Mrs Fiona took a look at them and asked why she hadn't shown the plans to the rest of the guests. Hailey hesitated but replied while stuttering, "I'm am scared of large and enclosed spaces. It's a disorder, I really can't help it." Fiona didn't want to believe her but she was convinced eventually when Hailey ran out to the rooftop's edge to take a deep breath.

Ever since Fiona was a child, she never had any trouble solving any puzzles or mazes. She took great pride on such occasions, therefore escaping the mansion was a piece of cake for her. Now that she had floorplans and her bracelet with her, she thought of escaping the mansion for her safety.

John, Derek and Avery went back to the home theatre where Bill was. As soon as Bill saw them, he started checking their pockets and searched them for any sharp possessions they had on them. The trio was confused but believed that he would have his reasons for doing so. Briefly later, Bill confided in them about the scratch marks he found on the host's desk and reminded them to keep the newfound evidence a secret. All of a sudden, John recalled that he had seen Fiona wearing a shiny bracelet. Avery chipped in saying that the bracelet was made of metal and glass. Derek and her had noticed that it seemed rather pointy. Bill took all their observations into account. It was then that Avery remembered that Hailey had gone to find Fiona. She informed Bill of this and knowing that Hailey's life might be in danger, they all hurried to look for them.

To their shock, they saw something weird............
