When I get to school some Eruidite kids shoot me nasty looks, seeing what I did with my glasses. Then suddenly Mark, another boy from Eruidite pushed me down and yelled.

"How's it going Stiff?" He taunted.

"I'm not even in Abnegation Mark! And if I was why would you push someone?" I questioned, and he stuttered looking for a comeback but found none instead he got up and said,

"Whatever! You're not worth my time! But when you spill your blood over the Abnegation rocks, Jenine will be coming for ya! I feel it in my head!" Then, he left and a boy from Dauntless, Red, came over. He had a black leather jacket on and black jeans, hair the color of wheat and eyes the color of the sky. We've been friends for a while ever since our project in second grade on Amity history, we had a blast doing it. I learned to love Amity in that assignment.

"Those pansycakes always pick on people. You good?" He said helping me gather my stuff,

"Yeah thanks, but it's not the first time they've done it to me for being a 'Stiff' and I always forgive them. Once I do they just come at me again and again." I told Red.

"Just ignore them Smarty Pants," I laughed at the name Smarty Pants cause I'm not very bright "just for today...then tomorrow at the choosing ceremony, we can leave if we're desperate and.... If we want to we stay." He said while we were getting up off the floor.

"But doesn't the Test have some involvement in where we want to go? If we stay or not?" I knew he wasn't going to stay in Dauntless he told me he wouldn't, he said he hated how they promoted violence, so I guess it doesn't matter to him if they tell him he has an aptitude for the brave faction, he'll still leave.

"Whatever but they don't choose, we do." He said pointing at his chest. I started laughing really hard now, like I started snorting, that's how hard I was laughing. I loved to laugh but we don't do it much in Eruidite cause it's 'pointless'.

"Sure.. Mhhm, see you in Faction History." I called, still laughing as we went to our separate first hour classes.
