After Ella had suggested our idea my stomach dropped i hoped the boys wouldn’t mind our idea of taking us all out on dates for the evening. Surprisingly they all smile and nodded their heads, they seemed happy to be taking us all out for the day. We all split off into pairs i was lucky enough to be paired with Jack G, Lilly had been paired with Matt, Kate had been paired with Jack J, Katie had been paired with Cameron the other Katy was put with Nash which i could tell she was extremely happy about and Ella was put with Hayes. Jack J decided it would be a good idea to go on individual dates so we could all get to know our partner better which everyone seemed happy about, i got to take selfies with all the other boys before we went off. Jack didn’t really know the Uk very well and wasn’t really sure where to go for our ‘date’ so i recommended Nandos which he was completely fine with however we got a bit lost on the way there.
“i thought you said you knew where you were going?” he asked
“Nope never did i once say that, ever” i replied
“Well you’re from here so you should know...right?”
“again nope i am not around here, i live a couple hours away along the coast in a small village which was why it was such a big deal to come here and meet you, when you guys first announced it i didn’t think i was going to be able to go” i replied “but it turned out 100 times better than i thought it would so I’m totally fine about the fact that we missed our stop else we wouldn’t be here now” i said
“Well im glad you missed your stop because i would be very sad if i hadn’t met you” jack said. I stopped walking and just looked at him, frustration filled me.
“please don’t say stuff like that, you will just get my hopes up for no reason, i don’t want to seem rude but i know that you guys say that to everyone and i know im not special, im sure you met at least a hundred girls prettier than me today that you would rather be out with right now.” I said with a sigh and continued walking down the road.
“now that’s not true , you are by far the prettiest girls I’ve seen all day, no joke and i am very happy that I’m on a ‘date’ with you right now, anyways why do you think all us boys fell over in the doorway...hhmmm, it was because you and your friends are all very pretty.”
“Yeah yeah Gilinsky” i said.
We continued down the road for another 5 minutes before we reached Nandos, after we were seated jack asked me some questions about myself which i was very willing to answer and by the end of the date it was as though we had know each other our whole lives, he was so easy to talk to i loved it.
“i suppose we better head back the hotel now its half 11” i said
“Yeah i suppose we should but i mean it when i say i had a really good night tonight Kristina and i would love to see you again, if that’s ok with you that is?” he asked
“err yeah of course that’s okay with me but haven’t you got loads of meet and greets to do and stuff?”
“Nope we have three weeks in the UK to do whatever we want” he said smiling
“Well okay then, what’s your phone number? Wait that would be no good because you have an American number and it would be crazy expensive, how about snapchat instead?”
“Yeah sure that’s fine” he said grabbing his phone and adding me. “Maybe me and all the boys could come and visit you and your friends where you live?”
“You could i guess but I’m not sure that you would like it, i mean there is a beach but its covered in stones and there isn’t really much else, i only live in a small village”
“It sounds lovely” he replied
“How do you reckon the other boys are getting on?” he asked
“I’m sure they are all doing fine” i said smiling and beginning to walk off.
Once we arrived back at the hotel we went up to our girls joint room but it seemed strangely loud as we approached. I slid my key into the door and when i opened it i was hit in the face with a handful of shaving cream from the one and only Nash Grier, he ran over to Katy and hid behind her for protection and i began laughing.
It was around 1 am when all the boys left our room to go to bed, all of us girls had had a great evening with the boys, we all rang our parents to tell them what had happened and then began discussing each of our dates, when it got to me i couldn’t wait to tell them about jack saying he wanted to come and see us all after today, all the other girls hoped he would bring the other boys with him. We were all laughing in our beds when we got a text from our parents telling us that we had to catch the 8:30 train in the morning to get home, all our faces fell, the early time meant we probably wouldn’t get a chance to say good bye to all the boys so well all wrote our twitter names on sticky notes and slid them under the boys door for them to find in the morning, we all secretly hoped the boys would come visit us even though we all knew they would probably forget about us in a week’s time anyway.
